All of the staff was amazing. Everyone I interacted with was really sweet. They had remembered we were there for doctor’s appointments and asked how things went. The maids did a great job and were nice to talk to also! The pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was good. I’ll definitely be staying here on future trips.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot breakfast, free snacks & drinks in the lounge, the pool, & friendly staff made an otherwise sad trip more enjoyable. We came to visit s family member who was in hospice. Thank you for making our stay better.
We had to ask for new towels as the dirty ones weren’t changed without our asking

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was also nice to have the later checkout time, along with the hot grab and go breakfast option. Though outside of St. Louis, it was a short drive and easy drive to get there.
The internet is a bit slow unless you upgrade or use a hotspot.

I liked the breakfast. My boys are a little more picky. They would have preferred waffles everyday. I loved the staffs understanding of my son's "accidents" and accommodated quite well.

That they couldn't comidate me extending my stay with them because they already had my room booked out for someone else.

The breakfast was lacking. But an associate at the front desk got me some yogurt bc I am gluten intolerant and could not eat anything that was offered. So that was very nice!
The tv in the lobby was ALWAYS on and loud. My room was just down the hallway from it and I could hear it at times.
