Breakfast was amazing and super fresh. The room was spotless and comfy. The location was close to Saint Louis and everything else we had on our itinerary. If and when we come back I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again.

The lady that checked us in asked 3 times what were in town for. Seeing that I was there for a funeral that was already going to be a hard day I didn't really feel like answering the 2nd time around. Maybe find some type of other conversation to have with your guests?!

the property was great! it was clean and a great location if you are going to something in STL.

it took the staff 15 minutes to even acknowledge us when we were trying to check in. They didn’t even look up and say, we will be with you in a moment until after we were standing there for 15 minutes. They were having a bad day, but they could have at least spoken to us while we were standing in front of the desk.

comfortable beds, good workout room, good breakfast and snack at night. felt safe and comfortable.

the pool was a little small, but that’s the only thing I can think of. our coffee machine wasn’t working and the coffee downstairs wasn’t great but it wasn’t a big deal.

My father is a handicap gentleman. He's normally able to walk with use of a walker but, right now he's wheelchair bound. I always ask for handicapeable rooms but I believe this is the first time we've had one with a bench seat shower and pleanty of room in the bathroom he could take his wheelchair. Everything was great, staff was friendly, our room was very spacious for three people and a wheelchair. Breakfast was good and safe, everyone wore masks and followed masking guidelines. The place was quiet. My husband and I are already in talks about coming back next year.

We enjoyed almost everything about the hotel and our stay. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Milk and fresh cookies were a nice touch on our evenings.

Literally the only thing we didn't like was how small the pool is. Everything else was great.

Barb at the front desk was so sweet. Our room wasn’t ready so she kept my 8 year old entertained. She helped us several times through the evening and acted happy to help. She really made our stay great! Had a great time with my son.

Room wasn’t ready at 5, our check in was 3. BUT. It’s to be expected. Everyone is short staffed right now. We didn’t have to wait too long and the room was nice and clean when we got it.

We had a great stay as always....Everything was good including breakfast ! And our all time favorite is the cookies and milk before bed.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. I cannot express how much they made us feel welcome and how accommodating they were. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious,and had a good variety.

There wasn't anything about our stay that was unsatisfactory.

Everyone was very accommodating to our needs. Even keeping a cooler cold for the little after his surgery. Milk and cookies. Nice touch!!
