The staff is fantastic! Kimberly at the front desk went out of her way to accomodate us. Both she and Randi helped me through a stressful moment with my credit card (technical diffidulties). Randi also gave us some pointers about the lakes nearby. Carolyn is so kind! She takes care of the buffet breakfast & keeps everything fresh & clean. Alex checked us in- he is such a polite young man, and the cleaning staff is great. Gave us extra towels, etc since we brought our granddaughter with us this time. We'll be back during our next fishing trip. The staff made us feel at 'home'. Thank you all!

The overall room was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was great for a disabled person like myself; grab bars in the right places. Nice amenities such as coffee maker in the room. Very quiet so good acoustics. Breakfast was adequate; nice fluffy scrambled eggs and sausages. Nice breakfast area.

The toilet handle was loose, so I had to push it in to get it to flush. Didn’t tell the staff because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to be bothered. Bed was a Little too firm for me. For the money I spent, they could have had a few premium channels. I tried to watch ESPN stations and was unable to.

The person that checked us in was so nice. He asked how we were. All the polite professional talk. He didn't have the room we booked. He upgraded us. Which was nice. The breakfast was good. Over all we would stay there again.

The only complaints are plastic forks and paper plates. I get why they use them. It's just a pain when you're eating waffles. Slight smell of chlorine in the room. The couch wasn't all that comfy. Good stay.

Room was very quiet. You didn't hear guests in other rooms or children running and making noises in hallways.

Location, seemed hidden behind other motels right next door, No stands to place your suitcase on when getting items from it; had to keep laying it on the bed on down on the floor to retreave items from inside it.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, very nice staff. Everything was great from the time we arrived until we left. Especially loved the check out being around noon. Most places it's much earlier and hard to get a family up and out early in the morning.

The only down fall was being so close to the highway there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night but other than that everything was perfect.

The room was comfortable and they must have sound suppression because it was surprisingly quiet. We were on a main corridor by an exit and never heard a thing in the hallway, nor anyone else's TV. Very pleased with the comfort, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice place to stay.

This was the first time I stayed in Effingham and the location of the motel was great. Many restaurants in the area almost making it hard to choose where to go! The room was clean and was very grateful for the availability of ADA services.

The parking was a little awkward - kind of out the way.

Really liked the room layout. Hotel manager was very friendly, professional, and helpful after a long day of driving! This place is in a great location convenient to Hwy 57.

The hot water wasn’t as hot as I’d have liked. Nothing major.

We stayed at a different hotel the last time we were in Effingham, and the room was very noisy. At Country Inn they accomodated us in a very quiet room. We will definitely return.

Everything was great.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and both ladies, (the one in the evening when we arrived and the one the next morning when we left) were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good also. I have absolutely no complaints.
