This was the best hotel stay ever! Traveled for spring break with family and I couldn’t be more pleased. We got an upgraded room that was perfect for the group. I didn’t expect the rooms to be so nice. The restaurant we ate at had great food. There was a Starbucks, the perfect pool and overall clean environment. There was a theater that I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of, but I do plan on returning again.

The hot tub was out of order, but it doesn’t change my five star rating!

Room and bedding was comfortable. They had the temperature lowered so the room was cool when we arrived. Everything was neat and clean and in order.

We were supposed to have a king size bed and received two full size beds. We did not complain as we were only going to be there one night but the place was not busy and should not have had to ask for the right bed. Did not like the barn door for the bathroom though there probably wasn't room for a standard door.

Having great restaurants within the hotel and having the Theatre attached to the hotel!

Not having room freshened up everyday but was able to get fresh towels each day. I’m sure this will change soon now that Covid is over.

The golf course and the location

Rooms could be a lil more spacious. I have started at other golf course resorts and for similar pricing they had slightly more spacious rooms.

It was a nice little tucked away resort, was greeted nicely by the guy at the desk when I first checked in. I didn’t realize my room, was so far away lol So it was a nice little walk, since I wanted a lake view. The hallways, were nice and clean. The room was nice, clean, comfy and did not smell. Netflix and I believe some other movie apps were on the t.v. It was eerily quiet, but that is a PLUS! However, my last night a guest wanted to play music, I called the front desk and no answer. After a while maybe someone else complained and it went off. The grounds were upkept and my stay was quiet and comfy. Next time I’ll check out the walking trail.

The set up, is a little confusing when you first drive in. Took me a couple minutes to figure out where the front door/lobby was. The hallways could be a little brighter.

The facility is extremely beautiful and clean the staff was pleasant and very accommodating from the second we walked in ! The Lake side room was a huge bonus and has quick outdoor access to the pool area as well as the sports bar with beautiful outdoor terrace. The food was delicious and the service from Kane was great ! The staff at the front desk was very helpful as well and made our check in a breeze ! It was our first time here with our family and it exceeded our every expectation ! We will absolutely be back soon!
