Exceeded my expectations! I was a little hesitant booking a room here based on prior reviews. Comfy beds & pillows, AC worked great, clean updated rooms.

Guy at front desk when we checked in could of been a little friendlier but other than that everything else was great!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and we found it very easy to relax. Ample parking and easy access to our room.

The TV reception in our room wasn't that great, but it was acceptable. Not at all a deal breaker though. We didn't have time to watch much TV anyway.

convenient location and clean. Very helpful staff. We understand it’s getting an update so we were able to overlook some lampshades falling apart and old sofa. fabulous jetted hot tub! when booking.com seem to have booked the wrong room for us, they gave us a free upgrade. Much appreciated!

Old furnishings. no tableware or pans for cooking in the kitchen of our suite. but that upgrade was last minute.

decent rate. inside facility was pleasant. room was quiet.

outside facility was the pits. needed weeding bad. various repairs to fencing was needed. bathroom was quite small. check in clerk acted like he didn’t want to be there. check out clerk was impersonal.

Breakfast was good but I miss the choice of juices, yogurt.....all the stuff you had before Covid.

My King size bed to sleep on was terrible, the mattress was.....well, you could tell where someone else slept in the same place.

Breakfast was not very good. There were not enough staff to replenish food and coffee. They were very nice and apologetic, but if you had a time constraint, you couldn't stay.

The room had a few flaws but overall clean and very reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms and one being a two room king suite. Group of 6 kids and 2 adults stay was comfortable with the feel of an apartment in the king suite with a killer hot tub that is lacking in the pool area to relax in and enjoy all the beauty of staying in a hotel. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The girl on night shift helped me with attraction tickets and ideas and was extremely well trained in proper customer service. Patient kind and accommodating to the best of the inventory available. Loved the staff and the breakfast is limited but still have waffles and bagels and fruit and coffee. Decent for limited. We give our stay 4 stars due to the child’s writing on the side of the couch, drywall mud on the wall but the door handle already broken a hole in it and one light fixture was hanging 1/8 of an inch nothing imposed on our comfort, though. Thank you Baymont for a wonderful stay!

All in my original review. No hot tub in by the pool, some work needs to be done(minor fixes to the rooms) other than that wonderful all the way! Towels could be in the rooms too lol. Go Green is great, but kinda need a towel for showers and swimming.

Mentioned a pool and hot tub when I reviewed my reservation, when I arrived the staff stated it had been closed for over over year and they did not know when they were going to be available.
