Breakfast had a number of options, and several coffee and juice options as well. Room was spotless and very new or newly renovated. Staff friendly and helpful.
The pillows were all very flat and offered no head support at all, despite appearing fluffy. The bathroom electrical plug did not work, seemed set on a test and I was unable to get any current to flow with it.

I wish there were more double queen options for rooms or that the rooms with a pull out beds had more blankets.

I paid through booking.com to get the membership discount. According to Hampton Inn staff it declined. So I paid again at the desk. Now I have two charges for the room on my checking account, have sent screenshots of my recent transactions since my bank statement will be unavailable until July 6. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful.

Breakfast was great and a lot to choose from. Loved the visiting area. Wonderful to connect with other family staying there. Shower was good!! Always a must!!
Nothing terrible but my grandkids were looking forward to swimming while there, Must have been a party because both pool and hot tub were filled with teenagers for several hours.

Everything was fantastic! the pool and hot tub were open. the fitness center had more in it then I am used to seeing/using in most.
the road getting to the hotel was the worst! potholes that would gobble up the tire of many vehicles. however, I do not believe that is the hotels responsibility.

the hot tub had apparently JUST been taken out… we were with our kids and the pool was jam packed with not enough seating and now no hot tub for parents to enjoy and not get bombarded

We walked in and it smelled brand new, even though we were told it had been there 3 years. Rooms were awesome , the breakfast was fantastic .
I can't find anything to say bad about this place. There were groups of kids all around us and we couldn't hear anything.

The staff we very accommodating as we need to add an additional day at the last minute. Also, the continental breakfast was wonderful!
We liked everything about our stay. We liked it so much we booked it again for our baseball tournament in June.
