Great location for the music festival at the Riverfront. Loved the exposed brick walls in our room, the bathroom was nice, and having coffee and water in the lobby was thoughtful. We asked for an extra blanket and one was brought to our room quickly!

There were no room darkening curtains on the window under the wooden blinds so the room was lit up by the street lights all night and in the morning the blinds offered no protection from the sun. There was a horrible smell in our room, but we travel with room spray and were able to fix that issue. The bed was a bit too firm for our taste but we still were able to get a good night's sleep.

Can't be beat for the money. Had a concert at the civic center, and this place was cheap and within walking distance. Room was clean. Walls were enough to keep out the noise from the neighbors. Quaint lobby, very nice staff.

Back door to the parking lot is not operable. Hotel restaurant went bankrupt or something. Breakfast was disappointing, but I wasn't heartbroken given the cost of the room. When we arrived (admittedly early, but after check in time) we had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to finish cleaning the room.

IT was a decent place & price for the room. When I needed an accommodation for truck.... the gentleman at counter allowed me to park in front of the building as I had asked for security reasons for the things I had loaded on an open trailer. It allowed me to sleep a couple of hours at peace without worrying about my stuff. That was very accommodating!

I got up early to leave back home & I wanted to thank the person at the counter/front desk for allowing me to park up front. I waited about 20+ minutes to check out but no one showed up. Still, not a deal breaker. I would definitely come back.

I have never slept so soundly and peaceful in my life. I normally sleep till 9. I woke up at 6 after just 5 hours of sleep and holy cow. It was the best sleep in my life. Staff was all super friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was cool. It was like stepping back in time.

Maybe need some new carpet. Not sure if my room was just a fluke but some of the carpet was not glued down properly. Almost like something heavy got pushed over it.

Quiet comfortable bed and room. The hotel must have been a great place in its early years.

Staff was unconcerned and we didn't get a breakfast probably because the staff didn't bother to pick up.our breakfast card from the door. We were told that the truck didn't arrive. They did have time to toke in the parking lot though.

Wonderful coffee, tea selections, cocoa available 24/7 in the lobby. Room was comfortable. Nice large desk to work from with easily accessible outlets. Plenty of towels. Reception was always helpful, especially Andrea after I returned home when I needed a receipt. She was having difficulty forwarding the email receipt to me. She stayed with me on the phone until it finally arrived. Also nice were the breakfasts which we ordered the night before, our checklist hung on the outside door before midnight, and the pick-up in the morning. This adjustment to Covid was spot-on!! So nice. I didn't expect to have any breakfast at all. Very nice refrigerator, coffee maker with gourmet coffee in the room and microwave. So much appreciated. And not crappy, flimsy , cheap plastic cups. We had those for hot coffee, not styrofoam (which is not good for the environment) but made from strong cardboard, much like Starbucks' cups. Bravo!

Blinds on the windows were not working well and needed to be replaced.

Everything!!! The night desk attendant believe it was taken!!! Fellow G.A guy was absolutely the best. Knowledgeable of property surrounding city!! Went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated to the fullest!! Absolutely will b staying here every time we r in pioria il. They need to give this guy a raise or make him DM he was the best and made our stay in pioria so much better then the springs tried to do!!! Thanks again taven your the best!!!

That we couldn't stay longer!!!!

Close to the Riverfront Museum, which was our reason for traveling to Peoria. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and neat. Plenty of towels available. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, except with breakfast.

Instead of a view of the river and bridge, we looked out over the parking lot and the parking garage next door. Hallways were stifling hot. Weird lighting in the rooms. The tub faucet ran the whole time we were in the shower. Breakfast was very sad - limited choices and they ran out, so we didn't bother the second morning. No coffee pot in the little coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available five floors down in the lobby. Onsite restaurant was closed.

Excellent parking that did not have an additional fee. Easy on/off from the interstate highway. Walkable to anything in the downtown. In spite of the location, there was no street noise (mostly because Downtown Peoria is dead on weekends).

This property does not seem to have recovered from COVID mode. One elevator taken out of use, breakfast a take-out bag of junk food. While the hotel is walkable to anything in downtown Peoria, there is nothing in downtown Peoria on a weekend night.

The hotel was updated, and rooms were small but nice. Staff was polite and helpful when things went wrong. The restaurant was closed and they did not have the menu items ordered from their form they submitted. It was easy to walk to the river and local area. Safe area.

Room sizes were smaller as the hotel was older. Lack of onsite food options.
