The location is right along the riverfront. Rooms on one side of the facility have a wonderful view, but others can enjoy the view on a comfortable patio setting. The breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets, and our chef was talented and very personable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Happy hour includes free drinks for guests. The lobby is large and inviting. Three glass elevators are also fast and efficient.

Upon check-in, you have to put down an extra $100 deposit for "incidentals," which includes $10/night for parking. (That extra is listed on the Embassy Suites website, but not the other reservation sites such as Booking.com, so that was a surprise.) A bottle of water in your room is $6, for example. They do refund the difference back to your credit card when you check out.

Maybe I missed it when booking through Booking.com but I did not see there was to be a $10 parking fee on the property. In addition, I was charged a higher room rate than what I had secured through Booking.com and it was adjusted after I brought it up, but still had (3) invoice changes sent to me for just staying one night. Surprised they had such a problem with getting the billing correct. Nevertheless, you should expect to pay $10 more than what Booking.com locks in if you're parking a vehicle on premise.

The room was great and everyone I encountered was great. Such a wonderful experience.

The last day there were no forks at breakfast. For experience last year, this is a busy time as there afe many events going this weekend. Please have plastic forks on backup just in case.

love the breakfast many many selection .my kids love the French toast, me and my husband enjoyed eating the omelette (with your chose of veggies). We love the coffee and tea in our room. We found The cuisinart bru 2 coffee maker our favorite. Overall the room is good .

The location is beautiful on the River. The view is amazing in the morning.

I had a room that I was not satisfied with and Chris was nice enough to handle the problem and upgrade us and offer a new resolution to help resolve the problem. We were very tired and appreciated his help.

Scenic, a nice river view. Easy access to & from the city.

I asked not to be put near anything that creates noise. I was assured it was a quiet room. The room had a decent view, but was right above the hotel's HVAC system that was on the entire night. I'm sensitive to noise, so it wasn't a great night ! The hotel was full so I couldn't change rooms

Rooms were really nice; overall facility was clean and well appropriated (typical Embassy Suites)

Being a Hilton Diamond member, you get free drink coupons. Hate for the money that you spend at their properties that you have to pay extra for what they deem a premium product.

the gentleman that checked us in was fantastic. He was so kind and recommended several places for us to order pizza. I also really liked the location.

All of the trash in our room had not been emptied. The room cost $20 more than what Booking said it was, I did factor in taxes and fees and it was still $20 more.

Breakfast was phenomenal! The grill dudes where amazing!!! Give them a pay raise. Seriously, they were that good. The beds were super comfortable. The price compared to other hotels was reason. Pricey, but reasonable. The room smelled clean.

The walls in the living area were dirty. The lamps were funky, like something out of a bad Star Trek 1960's series. In general, you need to invest a tad bit more in updating tired furniture, etc.

The staff was accommodating and eager to help. The facility was clean, and services were timely. Nesha Johnson was the bomb, excellent customer service and willing to assist.

The bar tender was not so friendly.
