Love the room. It accommodated my daughter birthday so we'll. We all loved breakfast the biscuits and gravy was amazing.

The jets in the hot tub didn't work, they didnt inform me that when I checked in. The night staff was very rude and unhelpful. The toilet in my room started overflowing, the front desk didn't answer the phone. The bathroom was flooding so I shut the water off to the toilet and when i went to the front desk to tell them, they never came to my room to look at it or help. All they did was give me a plunger. I couldn't exchange my dirty towels for clean towels bc there weren't any available when house keeping came in the morning

I loved that I was contacted the evening prior to my arrival that my room was ready! Being able to have the flexibility of early check in is such a convenience and I do not take that foe granted. Jessica at the front desk was wonderful! She was both helpful and friendly which made checking in a breeze! Thank you:))

The only real critique that I had was that there was no coffee available in the morning. Not a huge deal, but is a welcome site when you have to get your day started early.

The location was excellent and the staff we spoke to was very friendly.

There was trash in the sofa bed when we pulled it out and there were toilet plungers lying in the hallway when we got to our room. The breakfast was also very basic but the taste was okay.

Large rooms. Recently update. Good lay out and felt comfortable and safe. I would stay there again.

Very disappointed it was not advertised on the travel sites that the pool and hot tub were under renovation. This was what the girls were looking forward to the most. It out a damper on our stay.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Could have used trash container in both bathroom area and kitchenette area. Front desk people very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Pull-out couch was musty & didn’t seem very clean so friend slept on the couch not the pull-out. We enjoyed our stay!

The suite was clean and in a convenient location. Breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs and sausage links. The staff was friendly.

The air conditioner was a little loud. The prepackaged waffles were not that good. I wish they would add a waffle maker.

Very spacious room, breakfast was good, staff were exceptionally friendly.

Didn’t like being charged for using the WiFi - normally this is free and the room could have been better kept - large stains on the carpet, some kind of rust or something in the bathtub.

The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions on things we could do while in town. The continetal breakfast was amazing.

The pool was closed. We had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed instead of them being available in the room when we got there.

Good location with several restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Staff was friendly.
