Quality Inn Sycamore - DeKalb

Location is great! So easy to get to the highways and to Downtown Sycamore and to Downtown DeKalb. The employees were all great and friendly. Breakfast was great and open for a while which was awesome so it was never crowded when we went into the dining area.

I felt like the floors could have been vacuumed a little better, but it seemed that they were short staffed and very busy, so considering all of that, the floors were acceptable but at first glance felt like they could have been vacuumed a little better.

The facility was clean, however, our only complaint would be that the beds were very small. The breakfast offered a nice selection, and the food was always plentiful and fresh. The front desk host was very accommodating with anything we needed as well. We enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean .and the people who work there are up n beyond friendly n helpful . The pool n hot tub were awesome. Breakfast was nice n they kept it stocked n hotel was packed. Coffee 24/7 good coffee too. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 I love that . Overall I highly recommend this place.

My car broke down driving cross country so I had a of downtime at the Quality Inn. I got in very late and the staff was attentive and helpful with fixing my reservation that had been made for the next night since I got in after midnight. From there, they were so hospitable and allowed me to stay in the breakfast room far after my reservation expired. When I needed transportation to the train in the next town over, Mike at the front desk made sure to call every possible taxi in the area to get me a lift. After I had left my headphones in the taxi, Mike called me later that day to make sure that I had gotten them from the driver. That's care. Highly recommend this place if you are passing through and need a place to stay.

Rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The staff members were friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of food choices. We didn't use the pool, but there were always people in there having a good time.

I don't have anything to add - everything was fine.

Pretty much everything, even after breakfast was over , my kids wanted more juice, so they turned machine back on so they could get more

Only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the heat/ac unit didn't really cool off the room thar great

The break fast was great and it was very quiet at the hotel

The bathroom was to small and the elevator door took forever to open when I got to the first floor.

Breakfast was super. Could use sugar free syrup as well as regular. Pool was great. A little chilly for the older generation. Was very disappointed the hot was wasn’t being used but I understand why - covid 19

Nice location close to hospital. Very nice staff. Overall decent place to stay.

The room could be dusted better and vacuumed better up by headboard and night stand.

Fantastic breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Pool was open but hot tub was closed for covid. Hotel is older and cooler was having a hard time keeping up with temp on second floor on hot day.
