I liked that I found a parking spot that was right by my room. It was a restaurant right next to the hotel and it took no time to get checked in. The staff and guests were very friendly and welcoming. They had hot breakfast in the morning and again -both the staff and guests were very helpful and showed great hospitality.

Nothing I could think to complain about. Everything was pretty convenient for a night out.

Comfy bed with clean sheet atop the spread, very inviting. Great room cooling in the hot weather, with a continuous fan feature for welcome white noise. Great hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, chorizo and potatoes and a pot of oatmeal as great alternatives to sugary fare. We considered this motel a "find" so close to Chicago at a reasonable price for comfortable accommodations.

Breakfast could have been better more kid selections my kids didn’t really eat maybe pancakes would’ve been good or eggs , muffins, sausage , bacon . The pool doesn’t have enough tables or chairs , wish there was a younger kids pool and heat in the pool room it was freezing in there before getting in the pool everybody in there said it .

Great room, the staff was really awesome. we had a problem with our online reservation but the man at the desk (I’m sorry I didn’t ask your name but thank you again) told us not to worry, called his manager and fixed the situation in a couple of minutes. then we had an issue in the room with something and he came right away to again fix it. when we left and came out to ask us if we had a nice stay and wish us good travels, very thoughtful. all in all, would recommend.

The property served its purpose. For not being there more than sleep it was tolerable.

unfortunately the bed are stiff as a board. breakfast was very limited, my little guy wanted a bagel and they were like hockey pucks. as well as they don’t manage the ruckus after later hours. I was woken up every day by slamming doors and nonsense

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful. Piper who took care of breakfast always went above and beyond. Dan who worked the front desk was also very nice and helped with everything we needed..

Although they are replacing the carpet which really needed it. They need better painter there was paint all over the trim and outlets and made the hotle look messy..

Overall as usual we arrived early Chris always accommodate us and she upgraded us for the same price of a King... thanks Chrsi... the facility is dated, but it's clean, always great service and an awesome location to my sons College Judson University.

Staff really helped us out. We lost power in our home for 3 days. Staff were very accommodating and met our needs when we were going through this situation. The hotel was very reasonably priced. It is very clean and the free breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff. Good location too.

Nothing it was all good.

Very clean and updated rooms. Beds were comfy and queen size. The TV was large. Staff was so friendly. We came for a VB tournament and were only about 15 minutes from downtown. A gas station and fast food just right down the street. Would stay here again.

Breakfast and location was great the host in breakfast area was great. I had my five grandkids and every morning he would give the a chocolate candy after breakfast because they behaved so well and had manners . That was awesome the kids loved it
