Best Western Batesville

Everything was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful the moment we arrived. we had 4 kiddos with us for an overnight stay on spring break so they could swim and we did just that. Our room was clean and updated so it was beautiful! the pool was super clean and very warm! we loved that the room was also warm so we could sit and watch the kids. Everything was perfect during our stay. We also ate the breakfast before checkout and it was also great. you can make your own waffles and they had plenty of items to pick from even for our picky eaters! Definitely happy we chose to stay close to him and stay here! will be doing it again!

Although the furnishings weren’t up to date, they have added modern lighting, reading lights at the bedside and USB ports at the bedsides. The breakfast was above average. If you stayed for more than one night the choices of hot eggs and meat are rotated throughout the week, so You won’t have the same breakfast every morning.

We were given a room at the end of a long hallway. It was difficult to walk because I have a bad hip. Also, the furnishings weren’t newly updated, but that wasn’t a particular concern for me. The refrigerator in the room was on the small side.

Staff was excellent, breakfast was as expected, room was clean, Their manager really went out of her way to help us with getting a COVID related refund as we had to leave early-many thanks to her!

We had to cut our stay short as our daughter tested positive for COVID. Because we booked through Priceline we were told the hotel could not make the refund only Priceline could. Priceline had no phone# or contact information. Their website would refer us back to the hotel who could not access the booking. Fortunately the hotel manager came to our assistance and got us our refund. Batesville Best Western YES- Priceline NO!!

We had a horrible experience at another hotel right before checking into this location. Kevin helped us check in super late at night with three tiered teenagers. Check in was a breeze. The hotel was clean and nice. Beds comfortable and breakfast was great! Will definitely stay at this hotel when the need arises.

Ms Jane who served us breakfast was so friendly and sweet. She made sure to say hello each day and on our last day she came over and was just a ray of sunshine each day. Plus she made some good waffle batter!

Some of the front desk people were rude to my adult children. THey were pleasant to me and my husband but rude to my 21 yr old daughter because she walked into the breakfast area to get a fork one evening.

Check in was a breeze. Connie gave suggestions for dining which was very helpful. All the staff we met was helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good including eggs and sausage. Breakfast room was comfortable, clean and had several tables. The hostess was cheerful and helpful.

Can’t think of anything we did not like.

The breakfast was good! The person in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly & and positive person. A good way to start the day! The motel was clean & very comfortable. The location convenient to the interstate. Would definitely recommend this motel!

My sister & I were very happy with our stay!

Our room was room 230 and it was above the entrance to the hotel and the front sliding door made a thumping noise everytime it opened and did it until it shut and went off and this did it til kate in the night when the door was opened and it started as early as 6 a.m again and it was very annoying cause it was loud enough to wake us up in our room! Please have your front door replaced!!

It was very clean and room was well stocked.

I wish the shower head was adjustable instead of stationary. also, the tray holding the soap and shampoo should be at the back of the shower instead of under the shower head.

No outside noises. Did hear dogs, but that didn’t last long. Asked for towels and shampoo immediately received.
