I like how the staff is all family oriented. Kids kids kids but I really enjoy seeing the kids here and how they have so much excitement.I know if I were a kid this here would be so much fun. Also if my kids were smaller they'd be here living it as well.I also lime how I don't feel watched,judged over my situation with moving most places I would have never been able to freely explain Ida felt embarrassed but here I was able to tell her how the landlord is running behind on everything and all the info and I felt open and not judged. I also like how it is animal friendly. Other people need to just understand that we are all in a hotel and its not gonna be completely silent. Were all basically in one big house with a bunch of bedrooms we are all going to hear one another. Also understand its winter time and kids cant just stay locked up in a hotel room all day Thats just not right.so of course with a pool and a big place to walk around we are all also gonna hear kids.kids are gonna be kids..I hear some people complaining but the staff have kids what should they do lock their kids up? No.. They are working moms trying to provide for those kids stop complaining and be happy to see the kids having a good time everyday. I enjoy watching it... The kids here are not bothering anyone .. But this is very family friendly and I really feel comfortable here. I thought Id be leaving tomorrow but doesn't look like my house is gonna be ready yet.so Ill be here yet about another week and I am glad I chose this one to feel wanted here.

We all are gonna not like things from time to time ..not big enough to complain.

The location was great for us. We had a fishing tournament and it was close to food, shopping, and the boat launch.

We were in a fishing tournament and needed to charge the boat and there was very little parking. Had to unhook the boat and park it separately which is not ideal

HEATHER WAS GREAT AND HELPED WHEN WE HAD ANY ISSUES. SHE HELPED A FAMILY MEMBER GET A NEW ROOM AFTER AN ISSUE AND LET US GATHER IN THE LOBBY SO WE COULD ALL COMFORTABLE VISIT.

WE COULD TELL THAT PREVOUIS GUEST MUST OF SMOKED IN THE ROOMS. WISH THE POOL AND WORK OUT OUT AREA STAYED OPEN LATER.

we had a reservation a another hotel through booking .com which did not secure the room with the hotel. so we were left without a room. Your front desk personel helped us secure a great room at the same price. we even made our dinner reservations. they were fabulous and greatly appreciated.

This hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. My husband and I stayed 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend to attend a family function, and enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions for local restaurants. Although the hotel was full, we did not hear any other guests in other rooms or in the hallways all weekend. The hot breakfast was well-prepared and promptly served and replenished.

The parking area was a little over-crowded, but it WAS a holiday weekend.

Eggs were cold. Everything else was good.

Reservations were handled by Booking.com. I thought it was your web site, but it was not.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast was very good.

Fitness center needs some TLC.

Breakfasts was a pleasant surprise. Lots of choices from scrambled eggs with sausage to self prepared waffles. Many other properties have cut back on free breakfast or eliminated it using COVID as an excuse.

Lighting was dim. Old style CFL bulbs should be replaced with brighter LED. Air conditioner was noisey.

having 2 beds so each of us could have our own...good tv, was quiet

the breakfast was not much...the curtains in room were falling off the rods & would not close...windowsill was very dirty

I liked it. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. They had hot breakfast.

The only down fall was the bed wasn't comfortable
