The breakfast was awesome loved it. And the cookies made and left out for guess . The over all locate Ion was awesome. Staff was very friendly

Didn't like how the room was only painted about half way done the ceiling was brown with a little bit of white . Someone just didn't take there time to get it done right so the rooms looked out dated as well as the beds. Oh and we hated when firealarm would go out handedly for no reason at 9 at night or 2 am each day we stay

Great staff. Room was clean and comfortable. LOW noise level was great and hard to find in hotels nowadays

The spigot in the shower was coming loose from wall. Forgot to alert staff as it can cause water to get behind the tub.

it was very clean, the pool was open so major plus for the kids! and breakfast was nice. also some of the only hotel beds I’ve been able to sleep in with zero issues literally my entire life. very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good - I appreciate hot food when many locations are not providing that any more.

The website still says the location has a hot tub. It does not. The hot tub has been filled in and has been permanently closed (still has a regular swimming pool). I would like the information I use to make the booking to be accurate as I use it when making choices.

Liked size of room and the location. Stayed here before.

During various stays I’ve noticed a decline in the upkeep of the facility. And this may just have been this particular room, 107.

The Hampton Inn - Greensburg was a great place to stop for the evening. The staff was very welcoming, and the public areas and our room were very comfortable.

The courtesy luggage cart wheels could use a little attention. It took a little more effort than normal to get our belongings to our room.

Room & bathroom were clean, shower heated up fast, with decent water pressure. Hot breakfast was great, with several choices. When booked online, had requested quiet room, away from ice machine, etc. First assigned room was next to ice machine & elevator, but clerk immediately, politely changed to quiet room, several doors down the hall.

Freezer in mini fridge needs serious defrosting, was 2/3 packed with ice. Toilet ran a bit long, not super noisy, but probably wasted water-maintenance should check it out.

The breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the fact that it changed daily and gave options.

The fact that sound traveled through the walls so easily. I was woken to the elevator several times throughout the night.

Everything was quick and effortless to check in. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the lady helping with breakfast was very kind and helpful when we asked a couple questions. Fit our needs for the evening and morning perfect.
