Quality Inn Chesterton near Indiana Dunes National Park I-94

The attention to cleanliness is demonstrated throughout the hotel. Really appreciated it.

The breakfast should include more options such as hardboiled or scrambled eggs and bread options that include condiments should as small single serving packages of peanut butter or various jellies.

Location to the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center was great! Also close to a hospital, just in case. Staff were super friendly, room clean, beds very comfortable, breakfast had options other than cereal.

These rooms are not well insulated, you can hear everything. We could hear people above and to the sides of us as well as noises outside.

Breakfast is very minimal. You do not get a hot breakfast. The only hot thing you get is the waffle maker. The other items they had included cereal, granola bars and a mystery breakfast burrito

It was very close location to beaches. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean which is a big must for me. And I would like to make a suggestion that you please remember to tip your cleaning staff. Doesn't take much to brighten their day. And this is a very busy Hotel constantly needing new cleaning throughout the rooms. Don't forget to be nice to the people who helped your stay to be a success. The small refrigerator in these rooms today is a big plus!

The free breakfast covid disappointment that runs through all hotels really. I miss the buffet hot breakfast that used to come with these hotels. Which is not necessarily the fault of this establishment.

Clean comfortable beds/rooms and very accommodating staff. Good breakfast items.

Wish the bathroom light switch was in the bathroom and not on the hallway leading in I keep waking up my wife every time I used the bathroom. But that's a minor issue.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had alot of options. It was very close to the sand dunes and beach.

I wish there was a hot breakfast option besides waffles. Needs some updates in the room.

it was close to the Indiana Dunes & there were a lot of other places to go that were close to the hotel.

No elevator lol. Would have liked some eggs & meat with the breakfast.

The Cable didn't work they had to call their provider. They did check to see if they had an empty room to move us.

The staff were all so pleasant. The location was great for what we were doing. Easy access.

The room had a damp, dusky smell. The room should have been aired out. It was almost a mildew smell.

This has been my "GO TO" hotel every time I visit family in Indiana. Not one time could I say I am unhappy. Coffee was delish and though do to Covid being a bugger... I didn't miss not having their usual continental breakfast. The comfortable beds and fantastic customer service more than made up for it. Clean and respectful employees!! 💕

Rooms with 2 beds are on the 2nd floor and stairs are the only option to getting there. But I'm healthy, so the short trips up and down got my steps in lol.
