The young man whom checked me in went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. I let him know that we were in town for a funeral and he expressed his condolences for our family and told me that the room was not ready at that time and that if I wanted to leave my number then he, or whomever worked on the next shift could call me when our room was ready. I didn't make it half a block away when he called me back to let me know that he could in fact accommodate our early arrival. I don't recall exactly what his name is but he was awesome, very friendly and over-all just a pleasant person leaving me with a pleasant check in on an already stressful day.

Everything was fine.

It was very clean. Appeared to be newly renovated. The room and bathroom were both large. The bed was comfy. Everything I wanted was there. The furnishings were good and nothing in the room was weird like in some hotels in this price range who seem to have kept old lamps or chairs or have dirty carpet. And the window opened to let fresh air in. And the staff was friendly and also professional and normal. We felt safe there.

The only thing I didn’t like was the complimentary breakfast ended at 9 am. I would have preferred 10 am

The hotel was excellent. The staff for the most part was good. The room was modern and extremely clean. There was plenty of coffee in the room.

The hallway of the second floor smelled like someone was smoking weed. Once we got to our room And opened the curtains and what do we see. A young family smoking pot out by their car. Not that big of a deal until their kids crawled out of the car window and began running around the parking lot and climbing on cars. Then they loaded up their family and left. They actually stayed there and were not a problem. The ac in the room did not turn off, you couldn't adjust the settings or turn it down. All the controls were broken and after about 45 minutes it was to cold to be comfortable. The front desk claimed they couldn't do anything so my wife took the cushion off the little couch thing to block the air.

We were there for a baseball tournament. Very friendly staff and good location. Breakfast was good lots of choices. The rooms were clean and a good size. Loved the window seat above the air conditioner.

The elevator was very noisy a little scary but never stopped working. We were on the 2nd floor. There was no ice machine on that floor so the first floor machine was out of ice everyday. I think you should put an ice machine on the 2nd floor . The pool is very small.

Best hotel experience literally in life. I travel a lot.. I'm 41. Amazing soft beds, shower design.. laise by window..mini fridge.. soft carpeting..soft lighting..breakfast bar exactly stocked as it should, no hassle check in, out, or early door knocking by cleaning staff..pool I wish I had time! Or suit..

The staff was so nice! And they listened when we requested a room that was away from disturbances. loved the suite with its huge comfortable bed and kitchenette. And the price was outstanding

Minor drip from the tub faucet. Other than that it was great

The property was clean and they provided a decent breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly and alert considering we didnt arrive till almost 1am. Room was very spacious with plenty of room to move about. The location was well lit and had plenty of parking.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good all you could really ask for. Pool was a little small but still nice

I use the washer and dryers and the dryer was broke for two day a little inconvenient bit they did get it up and going

The location was perfect for the things we had planned. The grands loved sleeping on the padded ledge over the air conditioner.

The rooms are very small. The pool was very small. There were lots of “hairs” on the bathroom floor - not ours.

The location is great, all of the places we needed to be were close by.

Everything was good. The front office staff at check in wasn’t very friendly, seemed more interested in the television and phone then helping us. Other than that, everything was good.
