Sleep Inn & Suites Columbus

Room, bed and shower were good and I was very glad to get FOUR adult towels, instead of three and some hand towels. I was able to dry and dry my hair without having to use the same towel. And my husband was able to have towels for drying as well.

Breakfast SUCKED!!!! I had even called the motel before I booked to make sure it was more than a continental breakfast and was assured it was a hot breakfast. Well there were eggs and sausage but the waffle batter was NON-existent. The eggs were only enough for one person in the serving well. Went to get a bagel and there was NO butter or cream cheese. So I couldn't have a waffle and I had to eat the bagel dry. Has to start my day without a satisfying breakfast that I was looking forward to before my meetings.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Management. It is either $200.00 cash or card for incidentals. That's what it says. But for some reason I had to pay cash at that moment. When I handed her my credit card. I told her I don't have cash, she immediately told the front desk girl to cancel my reservation. So I was forced to pay the $200.00 cash at there atm, if I wanted to stay there, of course, I have too, for work. I stay at this hotel alot and that was the first time I had ever had this experience.

The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. The breakfast was awesome, And the ladies working in the breakfast room are very nice and accommodating.

Although the room and bed were very clean, I noticed the carpet looked old and dirty, I always walked around in shoes because I didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet.

The lady working the front desk the night we checked in was rude. We had a travel softball team and they were in the pool, they weren't being rough or running but it was 15, 7-9 year old girls so they were loud she came in and yelled and told them to keep it down or they'd be asked to leave🤬

The location was excellent! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very quiet, clean and safe. I was not looking forward to the business I was in Cloumbus for but the accommodations made the stay pleasant. I would stay again the next time I had to go to Columbus.

It was convenient to my needs

The pool was not heated as they stated, it was very disappointing to not be able to use the pool! I feel I should get a financial return. The breakfast was mediocre….

Location. Tiffany the day room service person was fantastic. Our tv remote did not work the night we arrived and the front desk employee didn’t help and acted like it was a bother. The next morning we met Tiffany who was in the hall outside our door. We told her our problem. She smiled and said she would handle it. We returned later and Tiffany had a new remote, same smile and great attitude. We need more Tiffany’s everywhere. Thank you Sleep Inn for employing Tiffany.

Difficult to get to. The night desk employee. She acted like she was doing us a favor to be there rather than having a helpful attitude.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance from the hotel. It’s right off of the interstate. Also it’s a short drive to downtown Columbus where there is a beautiful park along the river. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. We had a King suite room and we were very impressed. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom is small. More like a water closet with just the toilet and shower. The sink is separate and in the room itself. The section with the toilet had a sliding door which was a first for me. Didn’t feel very private but that’s just my preference. I would still stay here again.

We had a large family reunion and the staff was very helpful with making sure the whole family had what they needed from types of rooms, towels, extra “family room” and on top of any issues we had.

Easy access to interstate. Super friendly staff. Room size.

Check in was quick and easy, all staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The complementary breakfast had good variety, including the waffle maker (which was my daughters favorite part).

Our air conditioner leaked water which caused the floor to smell like mildew. We checked in at 10pm, I notified staff upon checking out. Ice bucket had water left in it from previous use.
