Super 8 by Wyndham Columbus

Wonderful updated little hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were much nicer than expected. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed including moving around our room assignments to make sure that we had rooms close to each other and getting us extra pillows for the kids. Breakfast area was nice and offered the standard waffles, packaged pastries, and cereal.

The lobby area is not inviting at all. The checkin desk is behind security glass with a little pass through to slide paperwork in and out of. Very off putting and not representative of the rest of the hotel stay experience. Also, no hot food option was offered for breakfast during our stay. There was a place for a warmer, but nothing put out.

The lady I spoke with when I checked in at the front desk gave us a free upgrade from a double full to a double queen room. Very much appreciated! The breakfast was decent. It would have been nice to see a bit greater of a selection, perhaps some sausage and eggs, or something similar. However, for the price I booked for, it was a very sufficient breakfast.

the vibe was not totally our taste, maybe a tiny bit dingy, but again, for the price we paid, it was totally fine. Plus, it was just a stop-over for one night before heading to Tennessee, so we were not too picky.

It is a basic but nice hotel.

More than one person working there. We stood for over 30 minutes waiting for the customer in front of us to rectify some reservation issues. Not the hotel's fault but it was nearly midnight and we were tired.

The new renovation looks AMAZING. Lots of room. The bathrooms are beautiful and there is plenty of counter space for the ladies that travel with alot of makeup. The vanity is very well lit and there are plenty of mirrors as well. The staff was great! Everyone was super enthusiastic about the renovation. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice hotel.

They are currently renovating so the hallways are a little dirty.

The location was very convenient. Everything I needed was literally across the street or just a block away.( ex. Walmart, convenience stores, restaurants). Hotel staff was very personable and helpful. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be back for another stay! Keep up the great work!

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There are restaurants and Walmart real close.if it wasn't for the refrigerator not working I would have given 10 stars.

The refrigerator wasn't working but the freezer did. We called someone but they never showed up to check it for us.

The property was under renovation so many of the rooms were freshly painted with new flooring and fixtures. The price, location and staff were all ideal for my business visit.

The smells of new construction are simply the trade-off for a renovated facility. I don't suffer any sensitivities to such things but others might.

The motel seemed to have just been renovated it was refreshing and clean very well done. Within 1/2 mile of the Interstate but was still very quiet. A number of restaurants in the area. It was a perfect location and reasonably priced.

It was easy access to most everything. There is road construction to get on and off the interstate. That was a headache.

No elevator to get to the second and third floors.

Convenient and ok room. Property is close to lots of stores. There are a lot of restaurants near by as well.

Charged twice on card. Staff was non existent. On checking in the clerk was not very pleasant.
