I wished it had an elevator, but just for carrying the bags up when we got there and carrying the bags down when we left. I would have like to have a microwave in the room to have some popcorn after the concert, but all n all those are minor things. The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Those are the upmost important things. I've already booked there again for this summer, when we are going to another concert.

Staff was excellent. The hotel lost power due to a thunderstorm around 2 AM, and the staff went out of their way to make all guests comfortable, even trying to put out extra rolls for breakfast. The whirlpool tub in our room didn't work, and the afternoon host moved us to another room. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE PEOPLE AND THE HOTEL!!

No such thing. We loved the entire experience.

Clean, staff, good location

While all the facilities were outstanding, our bathroom floor was a disaster. Photos attached. Repairs had been made very sloppily to the grout in the floor using a different color of grout. Room number was 214. Very shabby for such a nice facility which we enjoyed for a number of visits.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly.

The hot breakfast food is just okay, not really that good but beats a blank since no restaurants open until 8 am. The tables and chairs out front are in desperate need of repair or replacement!

Breakfast was great. Owners and staff were very nice and friendly. This motel is very clean and well kept. The bed is very comfortable and the whirlpool tub is wonderful for someone like myself who has back problems.

I can't think of one thing that I didn't like about this motel.

Proximity to Brown County Music Center. My sister and I have stayed here multiple times to attend concerts. Walking distance, no need to pay for parking. Facility had a great breakfast and our stay was the best we could have asked for. We will definitely be back soon.

There had no issues with anything during our stay

I liked the convenience to downtown Nashville as well as the proximity to Brown County State Park.

The breakfast option was subpar. We stayed two nights. The first morning we tried the breakfast options but were disappointed in the selection. The next morning we went to a local breakfast place.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly, competent, and helpful. Location is terrific with easy access in and out. The stoplight there makes a left turn out onto the busy highway very safe and easy.

The room was initially very humid. There is a dehumidifier in the room that should be turned on well before room is occupied. It took several hours before the dampness was removed.

Location was great for being close to the downtown shops!!!!!! Easy to find! Staff was friendly and room was clean.

A confirmation e-mail shortly before the stay confirming arrival date and maybe simple message looking forward to seeing you.

It felt like I was at home. Everything was clean and the front desk lady was so nice, even when I could see that she was overwhelmed.

Breakfast was much less than I anticipated. That is the only reason I gave this hotel less than an exemplary score.
