The Breakfast is great when you stay at the property. I always like the waffles with butter and syrup, as well as the complimentary coffee and juice. The Bagels are always toasted just the way I like and when I add cream cheese I'm happy as I can be.

We were coming from Kansas City for the Funeral of my wife's aunt Ruth Coulter. With the importance of the event I was positive we would be there so I saved a few dollars and and booked a Non-Refundable reservation. My wife was recovering from Pneumonia and she was sure we would be able to attend the funeral. Famous last words. Wife's Pneumonia flared up and we were not able to attend. I contacted the hotel directly to let them know we would not be using the room for the two nights we reserved, as a courtesy to the front desk. Was not asking for a refund or credit!

The pool and hot tub were open and clean. The pool was warm not cold. I half expected them to be closed because a lot of hotels use Covid as an excuse to not be open. But they were wonderful! Good breakfast. We had to ask for a box of Kleenex and the coffee pot was dusty inside, but the bed was comfortable and everything was really nice. They were painting, but it was not an inconvenience and it was good to see they were keeping things up. I was very happy with my stay.

The coffee pot was dusty inside and we had to clean it before we could use it. The Kleenex box only had 1 Kleenex in it so we had to go ask for a box. I don’t think the coffee pot was really their fault.

This is always my go to stop in evansville. It has exceptional breakfast that has a wide range of breakfast foods. The pool is open till ten I personally think with it being in a separate building it could stand to stay open till at least midnight on weekend. But it's still one of my favorites.

The hot tub seems to be underpeforming. Had to ask the front desk if they could turn the temp up on my last few stays here and it's usally everyone in the hottub complaining about the temp. Also when I stayed a group of older teenage girls kept getting into the hottub and put somthing in the water and I had to take a cup and collect what looked like tiny plastic balls to the front desk cuz there were thousands floating all over our body.

That it was clean and comfortable with a nice hot shower and the room I was in, we didn't really have to use the air conditioner because it was cool enough. The staff was prompt and immediately knew what they were doing to check me in unlike other hotels. The breakfast was a lot more then I thought they were going to serve because it had biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage and hash browns, other places it's just waffles, cereal and muffins. That was a plus in my book.

That I could hear other guests coming and going down the hall sometimes but I understand. Nowhere is going to be quiet.

Breakfast was good for the kind of hotel. Large variety, and plenty of it. There was an armchair and ottoman that I used for a bed-- I usually sleep in a recliner, as I am handicapped. I have been in.much more expensive hotels without both. It worked well.

They were repairing places in the hotel, and it was a bit shabby, although clean, and smelled good.

The facility as a whole was wonderful. The rooms we stayed in were very comfortable and spacious. The pool and excersise area were very nice and fairly well kept. The breakfast was outstanding. And the lady running the breakfast area was amazing. Kept up with everything and it all tasted great!

The space of the bathroom, seemed to be a very small area for the toilet and shower/tub. The room we had could've used a little deeper cleaning. There was what looked like a fresh brown spot(size of a half dollar)above our bed. Also, the lighting nor the outlets on one side of our bed did not work at all. We didn't worry much with it since we were only there for one night.

Front desk customer service was amazing. I was tired and he made the check in process so easy and gave me a complementary bottle of water when I asked where I could purchase one. The bed was great and the lighting was perfect. I could plug in my charger and had a great reading lamp in the perfect spot.

Nothing, My whole stay was perfect and I will definitely stay again.

Good understanding services. At last minute cause other place I booked wouldn't answer phone .,answer questions I needed talk to them.,so changed hotels cause ,was told by taxy guy that wasn't best place ,others said (motel 41)had bedbugs,roaches, im alergic, was to tired to stop see ,if they'd took care thier problems,wouldn't answer calls I made. I texted them,didn't get backbwith me. Felt disrespected, so I canelled..cause lack of service to customers. Hotel I stayed at was $50 more for half day.,but better chiice I believe. If I owed hotel ited be different. Price would cover 24 hours not half day. , but most hotels are like this. Life. It was wonderful though I didn't use but one plastic cup. Take medicine. They were very pleasant .understanding. Took care of the mistake.,on date I wanted.

Helped me fix the dates ,cause never gave me chioce of times checked on just choose fir me and charged me.

We did not have the breakfast. So I can't speak to that. Bed was comfortable. Staff was super helpful. Location was great. Easy access to and from property.

Building was a little dated. Parking was an issue.

Convenient location and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel will need to be updated fairly soon. As others have noted the bathroom was very small. Still it was a good value and we had no difficulty in obtaining what we needed.
