Hilton Garden Inn Evansville

Great location for our needs; nice room; good food; the evening lady at the desk was especially nice and so willing to be helpful. Wish I could remember her name! The patio outside the pool was very nice to sit on with comfortable chairs and a nice view of the lake. Very relaxing.

The water in the hot tub was TOO hot; We only stayed in for about 10 minutes and I really would have enjoyed another 10 minutes. The water in the pool was TOO cool for us ladies but some kids that came as we were leaving really didn't seem to notice. They were having a blast.

Very nice clean room with a beautiful view of the lake. Great breakfast but add it to your reservation when you book for 10.00 more or you will have to pay 15.00 a person for it when you stay.

I was really excited to use the hot tub but the jets didn't work and was dirty. There was a centipede in it! I was really upset because I searched for a hotel with a hot tub then it didn't work and was gross. Second time this has happened there. I was really sad. Breakfast should be included!!

It was good

But I prefer something off the griddle like last time the omelets where very good but this time they just had food off the steamers. They where saying something like in July they will start it back up wish they would of said it up front its always a plus.

I liked how Clean and respectful the facility and staff were, I was in town visiting From Fishers and now that I've experienced the facility here I wouldn't stay anywhere else again when I'm in town. I appreciate the welcome and home feeling to it.

The breakfast buffet and the staff were top notch. The young man that served us every morning was outstanding! Sadly, I cannot remember his name. The front desk staff were professional and pleasant.

Probably the only thing I didn't like is constant no matter which Hotel/Motel I choose. I can never find the channel guide. Or if I do find one, it's not accurate or outdated. I don't much like channel surfing.

The view towards the water was nice, pullout couch was comfortable, good pressured shower and big bathtub. Pool wasn't cold at all.

Hot tub was a warm tub, only a few degrees warmer than the pool it felt like.

the price was great and our king suite was beautiful with a beautiful view!

The staff at the front desk could use some training on customer service. dry, no eye contact, on phones, disinterested. no extras effort at all. Three diff times with diff staff.

I liked everything about the stay. I wish we would have swam a little linger but I understand covid has changed everything everywhere. I sure wish breakfast was an option. No breakfast at all because of covid. Most hotels are serving muffins and coffee/juice. I like the checkin time at 3 and checkout at noon. We had both small trash containers filled. Sorry, I wish there was either a larger trash or a trash bag in the room to help the maids.

I wish Some kind of Breakfast to be served. I wish a trash bag was available for those that have multiple people in room with the food containers and such.

Staff members were very friendly during our stay, and the room was clean. Indoor pool was enjoyable as well the gym.
