Everything about the hotel was lovely. The breakfast served is great, the location was near enough everything we wanted to do in the city, the access to laundry is huge. A great place all around.

The only real complaint my partner and I have is the bed. The bed is too firm and the pillows too soft. We never got a full, decent night's sleep because of that.

We stayed in the pet owner wing since we brought our little Yorkie with us. By far the cleanest "pet room" we have ever stayed in. From person experience I have noticed that most competitors seem to take lesser care of their "pet rooms."

If there are changeable filters in their air conditioning units, the one in our room needed to be changed. My allergies were acting up badly. Or their carpets need to be cleaned to remove the dander from the carpet fibers. Breakfast was not the usual quality I am used to them providing. Bacon was soggy, Eggs were cold. However, not a dealbreaker for my consideration in staying with them again. In fact, my next stay is already booked!

The staff were very helpful. I was asked several times throughout my stay if there was anything they could do to make my stay better.

Clean, beds were comfy, good water pressure and water temp good, allowed dogs, bedding for pull out couch clean and nice.

Breakfast eggs were yuck, you could tell they weren't real eggs. Fee for pet is high. I can board my pet for less than the $75 per night.

Location, outstanding room, clean everywhere.

Breakfast food selection (not quality) was exceptionally poor for a hotel cost at this level.

Location was great. It was very clean. Rooms were very large. Loved having regular appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and utensils, etc. And I loved that they made an effort to recycle.

Had to pay for parking, ridiculous!!! Quite expensive!!!

From the time we arrived until we checked out it was amazing. The front desk employee was so friendly and personable. She made sure to inform us of anything we would need to know. If we needed anything extra for the room she was quick to get it for us. The pool was open so the kids enjoyed that. There was a small hot breakfast served cafeteria style along with options for cereal. The rooms were so nice and so clean. Very comfortable beds as well. I would love to stay at this hotel again!

There could've been a couple more breakfast options.

We didn't get the rooms we were promised so we had to change rooms. We only had one Queen in 3 of the rooms which didn't work for all. Beds were older mattresses.

Mattresses could be better but everything else was good.

Service was amazing. Great spacious room.

Bathroom was a little dirty. The pool wasn’t open most of the morning when we were there. The parking lot is pitch black on the sides.

Place was spotless. Staff polite and very friendly. Location is convenient to restaurants and 1-69.
