Wow! For the value, I was blown away. Check-in was so easy, the staff was very friendly and informative. The room was fantastic, with a wonderful king-sized bed and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The AC worked great, and the shower was amazing. Our plans changed and we had to extend a night and the front desk agent did his best to find us a great rate. Breakfast was wonderful, and the first day was a bit different from the second. The outdoor pool was great for my kids. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and highways.

We had an adjoining door in the room and the first night the occupants were very loud. Not the hotel's fault I just need to remember to request non-adjoinging rooms.

I liked how kind the staff was, the comfortablility of the room, and how clean the room was. Their chocolat chip cookies are baked in-house and taste amazing.

The only thing i didnt like were the random charges that they held no record of. My card had been charged a few times while i was out of the hotel and their system had no record of me being charged. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Design of room gives a sense of privacy and space for specific purposes. I liked some staff there a long time , and likely have helped me years ago with my stay. That parked well lighted and close to building ( as single woman parking can be an issue. ) And for me quiet is so important to relax and finally to sleep. Hyatt seems good with that!

As in past elevator noise is concerning to go up inside. Coffee maker might be better with pods but ok as is.

The actual room itself was really very nice. It had a sitting room area including a very nice refrigerator, sink area. Also a desk with many electronic hook ups for game consoles, etc.

The bathroom area - toilet and tub/shower was teeny tiny. I am a decent sized woman and had a hard time even turning around in that room. Also, the TV stations were a little strange. Some were digital and very clear, but most were analog stations and looked like old TV channels trying to come through an old roof antenna.

it was convenient to where I needed to go. BFAst and stuff were great.

Bathroom was very small. The big thing and I’m hoping it will be fixed but I paid through Booking.com but the hotel also charged me for my stay so I was double charged for my stay. The GM assured me it would be fixed but not sure why it happened to begin with.

It was very comfortable and a good location. The bed was great

The bathroom had public hair in the floor. The remote didn't work. My husband fell in the parking lot

The room we stayed in was pretty big compared to other hotels. I also really liked the breakfast - it had good options. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty big but the beds could've been full beds rather than a twin. It was pretty tight to sleep in the bed for two people. Other than that, everything else was great :)

The breakfast was great, the hotel was close to the highway to provide a safe respite from the storm. The room was large and perfect for our needs. Would have stayed here another night if needed. We weren’t able to explore the hotel/extra amenities since we got in at 2am and left at 11am. The area was snow packed and icy so not sure what businesses/attractions are close to the hotel.

Really great room! Hotel and room has some very nice amenities. Love all the lighting. Nice fluffy towels.

There are some nice things about the room, but then you look closer and wood furniture is older and scuffed up badly on the bottom. In the bathroom the tub subfloor isn't right so it flexes. Also behind the door there is old wallpaper that is ripped and curled up. The caulk behind the door by the tub looked really old and poorly done.

The king size bed room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating.

I didn’t like that the toilet and shower were fully visible from the door. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. I didn’t like the turkey sausage served at breakfast.
