This was a nice hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly, even when we came in after midnight and I had a question that they were able to answer. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and we had no issues.

The hotel was great - my only concern was I had held the hotel on my debit card and then gave them my credit card once we arrived. For the entire weekend it looked like I was being charged twice. I explained it to the front desk and I was told that it was a policy that was in effect and the charge to my debit card would be removed in a day or two. It was (it was gone the following Monday), but the entire weekend I had $400 on hold that I was not able to use on my vacation.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked her if there was special motorcycle parking, and she said that I could park directly under the canopy in the front to protect from rain, and that if I did need some thing to clear off the condensation from the motorcycle, she would provide a towel. She provided a good dinner recommendation. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean.  The bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was much better than usual.

When we checked in, we talk to the front desk staff about getting clean towels for the next deck. We did as instructed. Towels and washcloths and stuff were not left the next day. We had to seek out hail scoping to get more stuff for the following day. We also left a note saying that we wanted room service for the last day. That did not happen either. 

Our first room had issues with the TV that could not be resolved, so we were moved to another room, which worked out well as it was directly beside our friends! The breakfast buffet was very good and well supplied with every breakfast food option.

Twice our room keys malfunctioned and had to be replaced. Although we supported the effort to save water and reuse our towels, there are not adequate towel bars to hang them onto for proper air flow and drying. There is plenty of wall space to install towel bars for this purpose.

The staff went out of their way to make us happy all weekend. We were there with entire softball team for a tournament and they made sure our rooms were close, the kids were fed and happy, always asking if we needed anything. Then after checking out, and driving away, they ran out the side door and yelled GOOD LUCK GIRLS! It was phenomenal! I will be back for sure!

Clean room. The staff is incredible and the location is perfect! We felt so safe on the grounds and the location.

I'm sorry to say but I only had the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had. The biscuits were a little burnt and the gravy . . . not sure if it was really gravy. =). Lumpy, tasteless, pasty. I tried 2 bites with extra salt and pepper and still could not stomach it. I saw the ham and it was floating in water the the scrambled eggs looked runny. Loved the milk!

Breakfast was delicious and the servers were very kind. There was not a lot of people in the dining area so it was comfortable. I had biscuits and gravy with eggs and it was really good. Usually hotel breakfast is cereal or if it's hot food it tastes bad, but their breakfast tasted homemade. My kids had potatoes and eggs with sausage and they loved it. The pool was clean and again we were the only ones in the pool area so it was nice. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and the staff was very kind. I'm not sure about the other reviews, about it being hard to find. It was very easy to find. Great location.

Queen suite with sofa and chair and mini kitchenette was spacious. Hotel was very quiet, beds were comfy, staff were very pleasant.

Breakfast was not great. Didn’t like coffee from coffee machine. And coffee maker in room was either not working correctly or I just didn’t know how to operate it. No directions.

Very clean. Easy access to attractions. Nice breakfast variety.

The hotel offered a rate that was almost 2/3 less than what I paid on booking.com. My brother got his room for $99+taxes/fees. Ours was $234 including fees. Another friend used a different third party booking and paid $160. Call the hotel first, before booking through third parties.

It was clean and the staff was great. Also, the breakfast was great and the women handling breakfast were working very hard!

I saw one of the cleaning ladies when we arrived was cleaning other rooms and was barefoot. Also, we didn’t go in the pool but it looked a little cloudy and didn’t look inviting.
