This is a very clean hotel. Staff is friendly & the rooms are very clean! The beds are super comfortable! love the bedding, soft! We love the coffee makers in the rooms. This is our second business trip to the area and this is will be our go to hotel every time we come!

I have really no complaints! The breakfast they offer isn’t on the grandest scale but it’s very clean and has a nice setting area and even a small bar.

Pool was closed for repair. We were ready to swim. Ask what the pool hours were and found out it was closed for repair. Glad we weren’t traveling with our grandkids! Phil Partridge

The snack area was not very well stocked. And it seemed it but short staffed! For the place being totally booked, the staff was overwhelmed….they were friendly and helpful….when we could find them

one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly & very accommodating. The coffee pot and cups was great to have. Even the toiletries were top notch!

The housekeeping staff came in our room uninvited when my Do not Disturb sign was on the door. I was out of the room for breakfast. Breakfast had no coffee and not enough food prepared .

family above us was very noisy —- kids running across floor (our ceiling) we never complain but I ended up calling! The next morning, I was told they had 6 or 7 calls for noise complaint like mine - can’t really blame the hotel — they did what they could — that’s the adults who were with the kids — otherwise our stay was amazing —

The staff is very helpful and accommodating- Stephanie is great ! The bed was comfortable All is really just fine- not an upscale hotel but very well done none the less!

We had some rest I’m issues and Stephanie did what she could to resolve The hotel was basically full up so we made it work We could have moved downstairs but it was late and we were tired from work so we stayed where we were- The air conditioner was the main issue with a few others All noted by Stephanie to be checked and fixed Thanks for all your help in the matters😊

Good. Eggs were left long time. Little crowded Toilet ran. Comparison with other motels. Should be$80-90 per night

Very clean! And not just our room, but the hallways, lobby, and entire premises. Quiet!!! No interstate noise or teams running the halls & preventing sleep! Great Mexican restaurant across the road (Tex-Mex) & very good little mom & pop pizza restaurant about 1 mile away w/a good salad bar (Mama Rosa’s). The only staff member I saw was Stephanie, who checked us in & personally walked us to our room to double check that it was clean for us! She was very pleasant & helpful & was thoughtful enough of me traveling alone w/my 3 little people to give us a room on the backside of the hotel, near the stairs & back door, since they don’t have an elevator. (Which I was made aware of prior to booking).

Minor issues- The toilet seat in our bathroom had a large crack, which resulted in pinching my 9 yr olds backside. The beds were a 7.5/10, but could really use better pillows. We paid for “good breakfast included” but, due to COVID, only received a Breakfast Baggie that included a Honey Bun from the Dollar store and a small cup of yogurt. However, we were told that their normal breakfast spread will resume starting in July 2021.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. One of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our only complaint was the pillows. They were like pillow balls.
