the provided breakfast was amazing. The provided hot options like omelettes, bacon, breakfast potatoes, and ready to make waffles. While the eggs were not the best i ever had, they were still good. They also had all the normal hotel breakfast items. The whole hotel was clean, the pool was a great temperature, and the bathrooms were amazing. Unlike the normal small hotel shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles they provided full size bottles that smelled amazing.

The beds were on the small side and the metal bed frame was a bit annoying when you accidentally kick, but other then that the room was great.

Check in was really easy, the guy was really nice. The hotel was clean from what we saw. The key worked on the first try, I always say it's going to be a good room if it works right away. The room, we had a king room with an in room spa tub, was clean. It felt very spacious for having a kind bed and spa tub in the same area. Location was pretty good too.

Nothing major we didn't like honestly. But the metal frame around the bed can be noisy if you accidentally kick it. It also made some noise as you got into bed. Again, not a big problem. I did notice that there had been some water damage on the ceiling in the shower. Not a huge deal, it didn't affect the shower any. This is more of a personal/sensory issue for us, but the toilet has some power behind the flush. Definitely startled us the first time. 😂😂 Aside from these personal preferences l, everything was great.

We loved the hotel! The location was so convenient and easily accessible right off the expressway! The staff was absolutely fabulous, the whole place was clean as a whistle! The breakfast was great and kudos since it was included. The pool was great and very clean as well! Our king suite was perfect for our 8 month old that loves to sleep in a dark quiet room and the other kiddos got to continue watching tv and relaxing in the living room!

My only complaint was the air didn’t work in our room and the thermostat never went below 79 degrees(I HATE the heat). We toughed it out the first night since it was cool outside so opening the window took care of it since we had the kiddos and didn’t want to pack up and move after unloading to discover the air problem. Our second night after returning from the zoo and out on the town all day it was just too hot but the staff didn’t hesitate on resolution and let us move to a different room and the air was ice cold! We moved all our stuff and our convenience (a baby, 7&8 year old brings a bunch of crap) which was time consuming! Aside from the air this hotel exceeded all expectations!

The location was perfect, Close to Marc Adams school, The Hotel itself was very nice , The beds are super Comfortable, Look forward to staying there when we come back next year, Would Highly recommend this Hotel.

Sorry to say , the Breakfast was Awful!!! I had the eggs and sausage patties, Eggs tasted like the were powered eggs...The sausage patties were dry and hard to cut through. I really liked the Orange juice though. The Breakfast was the only downfall, I didn't like eating off Cheap paper plates...Could have done better in that regard. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful.

location to my need was excellent, facility was better than expected. staff very friendly, facility clean, comfortable and breakfast was great for travel, lvoed the fresh fruit.

only two slight concerns 1) heat/air unit o bit loud especially on turn on. 2) The GONG bed.....I know What! Maybe my fault but the bed base being metal and my big feet when I got into bed I let every body in the room know. It wasn't bad when every body was up but during my night needs it was like a gong when I got back to bed (LOL) not a major problem but just a thought. :>)

Clean , comfortable bed, jacuzzi for 2 ! Loved the shampoo conditioner and body wash they supplied . Smelled wonderful . Breakfast was good. The beds have metal frames but maybe one kick and I was already use to it . No biggie ! We have already decided when we travel to indy this is our go to hotel ! Sure beat the last one we got especially the bed. Ac was cold !

This is so small it really is no big deal .. there could of been a couple more pillows on the bed . Not a big deal next time I'll prlly just grab couple cheapies to take with .

Breakfast was ok. I appreciated it being there. Being diabetic and lactose intolerant it presented challenges. The eggs were cold. Possibly a malfunction of the equipment. No staff could be located. Are items rotated each day?

Sheets smelled extremely strongly of bleach. Caused breathing difficulties. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy, mostly from external noise, but also from internal noise. When we checked out, person who checked us out must’ve been having a bad day because she was extremely unfriendly. We will possibly stay again because of the location. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She also helped locate my Best Western Plus Rewards account number.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing! Breakfast was hot & fresh each morning, with a nice selection. Having fresh pears in the fruit bowl was an unexpected - and welcome surprise! Our location was excellent - we were right off I-65, and only 5 miles from our family's house (with lots of amenities between the two locations).

There was no hot water in the breakfast room for tea and oatmeal. An attendant got me a single cup for tea - but it wasn't routinely available.

The breakfast was decent, chz omelette, potatoes with peppers and onions, little ham slices, variety of breads, cereal, yogurt, juice, and make your own waffles. And the snack bar is fairly well priced, $2 for almost everything.

Honestly I think everything was great. Staff was friendly, food was good, our room and the facility was clean, we got to see some cute puppies, all around great trip! Wanted to stay another day, but we couldn’t afford it. The room was cheap for a hotel though!

The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. staff was friendly for the most part. The only complaint is that the pet fee is OUTRAGEOUS!! $100 per pet per day. We had been displaced due to a tornado in the area and had to find other housing for our pets. This was by far the most expensive pet fee we’ve ever seen as pet parents that travel 2-5 times a year. No pet park, no pet accommodations; just an outrageous pet fee for no reason. Place was clean and food was great. Showers could stand to be upgraded with the prices but nothing terrible.
