Shout out to every single staff member from front desk, kitchen, to housekeeping. So friendly and courteous- it goes a long way. Also, the breakfast was on point!!! Plus, it was an awesome price and the place was clean and updated. You can tell it was updated as there are remnants of the "old-ness" but the rooms are updated, beds comfortable, and shower comfortable. I loved the ample seating and lighting yes, very good. I will stay here again and recommend it, yes.

The design of the bathroom door needs to be re-done. The idea was nice but not practical as there was a pretty good gap where it was supposed to close...thankfully we were all family.

Breakfast was more than I expected the staff went over board and I explained to him that I didn't eat pork he suggested that he cook me turkey pattie and insist to do he was very pleasant to talk with and he made sure that he greeted every customer that enter his presence the breakfast was cooked to perfection is was the right temperature just everything was excellent it was very clean nothing was out of place he was genuinely nice

This property when opened 2 yrs ago was magnificent. The property is slowly declining. All of the fixtures where missing or broken off example the wall where you would hang up jackets those were missing the safety secure for tge entrance door was broken off the wall lamps were disrupted where the were hanging the plug socket had been separated from the wall there was a hole in the wall on the side of the bed and the fixtures that hold the bath soap shampoo conditioner was broken. I made the front desk aware soon as I arrived and no they did not offer to switch my rooms. It feels as though this facility is used now as longterm housing for guest not as a vacation spot away from home and they are unable to keep up the property

Breakfast was good. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. Everything was great,im from the area and usually stay with family in Highland Ind, but there were other people in for the same event so the location was perfect for us.

Coffee pot in room but no creamers and fridge had no freezer part.More variety on channels. Although this is a non smoking building sometime in hallway smelled like smoke and pot smokers outside building would come into building

Everything. Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, sizable rooms and bathrooms, great price, ample seating and lighting. Would recommend and stay again. Please keep it up Holiday Inn Hammond.

I don't like that rooms aren't turned over everyday but I think COVID still doesn't allow for this... However it was a great stay

wry clean and colorful

there was a group of young ppl in the adjoining room on our last night that was a little noisy. it didn’t bother me much but my mom was a little aggy.

Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was easy to get to. Parking was well lit. Easy to check in and out of hotel. Room was clean. All things that would make me stay there again on my next trip.
