The staff members at this hotel were incredible. I did not meet an unkind person. Every person was so helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, it's very nice and updated. Breakfast was decent. The location was perfect.

The pool was heated, but too cold for me. My son did swim each day, but he commented how cold it was to him. My key card kept malfunctioning. I have no idea what happened, but I had to get them to let me in my room numerous times. They were helpful about it, though. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake maker didn't work right most of the time I was there.

Great location for my family. When we visit Chicago, we stay in Schererville because we have family 5 minutes down the road from the Holiday Inn Express. When we travel accessibility is big for me considering we have kiddos. There is a Target, Wal Mart, Dollar Tree, numerous restaurants both sit down and fast food, Starbucks and Dunkin all within an 8 minute drive. Anything I needed was a quick zip down the street. The property was also well kept in comparison to some other properties in the area. The parking lot was in great condition and the landscaping was appealing. The breakfast honestly wasn’t bad either. The prepared food wasn’t my thing, but I’m picky. There were plenty of other choices for my to pick from so that was nice.

The pool was kind of sketch. Very veryyyy cloudy which makes me assume it might be over chlorinated? The pool is also pretty small. There was about 10-15 kiddos in it when my daughter tried to swim once and it was a little overcrowded. No big deal to us at all, glad to see them having fun honestly. This may just be a bummer for some. Especially if you love to relax in the water. The mattresses weren’t great either. I’ve slept in worse but they were definitely kind of lumpy. Maybe I’m spoiled with my mattress at home, but this may also be a deal breaker if you have back/neck/hip problems.

The location was fine but the eating area was too small especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There wasn't enough space for all the hotel guests in the eating area.. Some guests went outside to eat on the patio and when that area was full some guests went to their rooms with their breakfast items. Also there was too much wheat bread items. More guests seem to want white bread items which there wasn't enough available. We we, spent 5 nights at your hotel.

The manager at the front desk, Lia was awesome! They also served a full & delicious breakfast! The room was spacious & clean! The entire staff was nice! We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future! Thank you, Lia!

The pool was closed on the day we checked in & that was one of the reasons, I chose this property! It opened back up the next day but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Oh well, hopefully next time. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

the bed was comfortable. the room good size. the shower pressure was good

the bathroom seemed a little mold and not quite as clean as it could have been. would have liked one more towel. the A/C was very cold. couldn’t seem to get the right temperature.

We came into town early for a wedding and happened to stay during a terrible storm with possible tornadoes. The staff was super accommodating and helped us to feel safe.

Hot breakfast was very good. Bread, drinks, bagels, cereal and pastries were also available Good selection of yogurt. The staff always made sure to replenish items before they were all gone

Very clean and well kept facility. Good variety of items for breakfast. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. Clean pool area.

There were no extra bed linens in the room for the sofa bed. Was able to get an extra bed set for sofa bed at the front desk though.

the timer switch was on a wall opposite the whirlpool so you had to leave the whirlpool to reset it if you wished to stay on longer

You breakfast was good. Clean and tidy.

We need a handicap accessible room...it was on the first floor, great...nut my mother inlaw could not get into the pillow top beds , it too high. We got a step stool from the front desk but could not get in still. It was very awkward. Maybe a sofa height bed would work in these rooms.
