The facility is very clean; the lobby is nice and open. The room is small but efficient- everything you need is there including a microwave and a mini fridge. There is a guest laundry (which I did not use), snacks, a nice breakfast.

The cups provided for breakfast are styrofoam. I'm not used to seeing styrofoam used any more- it is unhealthy and bad for the environment. The cups in the room are a wax covered paper product that is much better and more in line with what I see at other hotels. If you can update the cups to not be styrofoam, that would be much better!

This location was clean, updated and conveniently near the airport. we arrived much later than anticipated with only a couple of hours of sleep before leaving for our flight. By the time we arrived restaurants near us were closed. the man at the front desk was kind enough to offer us a few snacks from the breakfast area to hold us over knowing we’d also miss breakfast. Such a kind gesture that goes a long way. We will definitely book again at this location when flying out of Indianapolis.

Shuttle to and from airport. Close proximity to downtown area. Working AC. Clean rooms. Quiet.

No conditioner. I think it was probably specific to my room, but it smelt of pee and smoke near the bed area the whole night inside the room. Room looks clean, but the smell was off-putting. I tried to open the window, but then realized there was no screen. So i closed it. Perhaps the smell was from the carpet? I only stayed for one night, so i did not bother to switch room.

The bed was my favorite thing, very comfortable.. very clean smelling, through out the hotel.

The breakfast.. not a big variety at all.. cereal, bagels, bread for toast, diy pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits, muffins, 2 types of juices and coffee .. other hotels have a little more to choose from. Oh, also the sink in the room, doesn’t drain quickly, and not enough face towels; and no floor mat for the tub.. that’s it.

Breakfast was good. It was quiet at night in hotel.

Location is scary at night. People around outside trying to sell you things.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how great our room looked when we opened the door. The decor was great, it smelled clean and looked very clean. All of the staff that we encountered was very nice!

We didn't have much water pressure in the shower and the only other thing was gnats around our breakfast when we sat down to eat. They got in our food and coffee and we had to dump it all unfortunately.

The main area was clean and tidy, the staff went out of their way to help, and the room was spacious and clean and well appointed. When there was a minor issue with the ac they were quick to fix it and make sure everything was perfect for us. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the area clean.

They couldn't have known the ac would go out but that was truly our only issue. When we called them, they had someone there quickly and they made sure it was fixed for us.

Good location & a lot of restaurants nearby, close to Lucas oil raceway which was our sole purpose

Area was dirty & run down & didn’t appear to be in a safe area, parking lot is horrible, very limited parking spaces, there was a large box truck that took up 5 parking spots for 2 days also there were spaces that had over grown trees & shrubs that were interfering with the spaces so you couldn’t park in there cuz your vehicle would get scratched up & you wouldn’t be able to open your doors, they definitely need some landscaping clean up!

Gets the basics right. Comfortable stay, spacious room, clean bathroom, TV. Has a shuttle from the airport to the hotel directly. Call as soon as you land and they'll send a shuttle ASAP. Landed earlier than my check-in time and the staff provided early check-in for free. Comfortable bed which is firm enough to give you an excellent night's sleep. It's these little things that one appreciates during a stay.

They were so Kind ,I had a storage unit Public Storage !! 2 years my sons. I was cleaning it out and the storage unit would not let me put couple 4 bags of trash in hopper. I Seen one at hotel as I was sitting by window drinking coffee. So I asked them if I could put few bags of.trash in it. I Live 4 hours away. They were so kind and allowed it. Great place.
