The lady working the desk let me check in 30 minutes early so that was greatly appreciated.

The Hot Tub was "Out of Order" and housekeeping girl was pushy to get me out of my room so she could clean even though it was only 11:30am and checkout was Noon. I was actually using the bathroom when I heard noises outside. I came out and she pretended that she thought I checked out already and the Red Bull I had just opened was thrown away and keycards were taken. If I had my wallet out there I would have caused trouble for that girl.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Typical electronic key fault for multiple day stay. Not just this hotel so not picking on them. Shower water was to hot. Toilet flush chain broke, but the staff fixed each item right away. Of course, who would like broken amenities? However; the hotel gets 5 stars for fixing the issues in record time!!!

Great customer service all the service employees were very nice and outgoing towards us! Front desk staff were exceptional, especially towards are children who can be a little demanding at times! Beds were very comfortable and the ac was ice cold! Wifi was great and pool area was very nice! Close to everything we needed and to downtown!

Our room was clean, but our tub had a small leak and was rusting the metal areas on the knobs ? Needed more updated decor, pictures on the walls, furniture updated some! The closest door opened really odd into the front door? Bathroom door was way off the frame, stuck n hard to close and open Just our suggestions!

We weren't sure how it would be noise wise with the airport so close. Noise was no issue but from our room we were able to see the planes landing. Breakfast was awesome and had hot food options. The room was very spacious.

The walls in our room could have been wiped down better. There was stuff on them that we didn't know what it was. Room A/C was super powered so it would be hot when it wasn't running but freezing when it was.

Great location. Clean and friendly staff. The hot water in our room was not working, so they changed our room with no problem and even gave us an upgrade. Heather at the front desk is a sweet heart. Breakfast was good, always hot and a decent variety.

I didn't care for the heating and cooling system. When we turned it up the room got to hot, when we turned it down, the room got to cold, there's no happy medium.

When we arrived I told the gentleman working the front desk we were here due to my daughter having to go to Rileys and he then told us about the discount for next time after he tried fixing it for this time.. He could not do to booking on Bookings.com. The pool was nice and warm for my daughter and the hot tub was great. All around very nice..

The beds are a little hard. Gym could have had more equipment.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel provided plenty of towels in the restroom which was appreciated.

Breakfast could have been better. Very standard more hot options needed.

The pool was very clean security was a little wax ladies at the front desk were nice except for one no I'm sorry too but it wasn't okay stay I would give it an eight out of 10.

Some of the staff was rude wasn't real accommodating for children working with was the worst I've ever seen but I would stay there if I had to again but I wouldn't pick it as my fave.

Fine place for a quick overnight for trips through the Indianapolis Airport. Right near the main highway with quick on / off. Hotel is perfect for a business trip with a location very near (3-4 miles) from the airport. Would stay again my next visit.

I was in the hotel for no more than 7 hours, and 99% of that asleep. I think I took a shower and then left. So I don't have any detailed comments on either the positives or negatives of the hotel, but it was fine and worked out great.

The room was nice, very large and comfortable and also noise free 😁The breakfast was outstanding with so much to choose from. The staff was very friendly and nice.

They only had one elevator working because the other one was out of order waiting for a part time fix it, so the wait time was a little long😟
