My room was special and had no unpleasant smells. I really enjoyed my stay. However, the room service was supposed to be provided every other day, but it wasn't done until I requested it. Once I asked, it was done excellently. On the downside, the breakfast was disappointing. Some of the food, like the sliders and breakfast potato with eggs, appeared to be frozen and just reheated, and I couldn't eat it at all

Our room looked exactly like the pictures! I looked in at the pool and gym and they were all clean and functional. This motel was the meeting place for my older kids for Christmas and we all got to hang out in the same room together! I will stay here again.

The toilet was extremely low to the ground. It was child friendly, but I’m 5 foot 10 and my husband is 6 foot 5 so we felt like we were sitting on the floor! Pluto

The breakfast was awesome, room was comfortable and roomy.

No paper at business center printer or the printers at front desk and staff told me GM had the paper under lock and key and they couldn't get it. I thought that was weird and unprofessional.

Packaged pastry was not good, but the packaged muffins were fine. Choice of fruit was very limited. Cereal choices were good. Perhaps more choice in egg prep could be offered. The control of the room temperature was excellent - better than most accommodations we have experienced. Bed linens and covering were very good. ample convenient parking. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Breakfast was just okay. The location was perfect for what we were doing.

I can't think of anything bad to say. The beds were very comfortable. And wish we could have spent more time in West Lafayette.

We have found that Home2Suites is one of the best chains out there for knowing exactly what you’re going to get no matter where you stay. The room was clean, we love having the dishes and fridge/microwave so we could go get some food and hunker down during the thunderstorm. And the breakfast selections are great.

The breakfast wouldld have been great but they ran out of most of the breakfast choicesby 8:30 would not put any more out. Also slow at replacing coffee.

Place was great. Breakfast was good. Our room was very clean and it appeared the entire hotel was the same.

We had a pet with us, that is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Every where I read they said they except pets but didn't mention any fee. Once we checked out and left,I received a second charge on my card for the pet fee.

The Promptness of the staff, very helpful anytime, the cleanliness of rooms and it's location. Any minor issues solved immediately. High value for money.

The breakfast was good but could do a little more with veg options but we hve stayed here before too and would always prefer this over any other place.
