Fairfield Inn & Suites Lafayette

The hotel was un-fussy, neatly kept, very clean, quiet, and had comfortable decor. Plenty of easy parking close to the hotel doors without uneven surfaces to lug things over. Rooms had individual climate controls. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft or firm. Husband thought the pillows were too soft, but I adored them. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We didn't need this, but the room was handicapped accessible. Free breakfast had well-made typical foods with a good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom floor was a tile that was somewhat slippery from the condensation of the hot shower.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

The hot tub was barely Luke warm but I don't know when they reopened it ,was still grateful for the jets on my lower back though.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. We were greeted promptly, pleasantly and professionally. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The carpeted hallways were very clean and it looked new. Another wow factor was the free breakfast. The many choices of hot and freshly made items as well as other options were great. The breakfast area was staffed, clean and again, every staff member was courteous and friendly. I truly could go on and on!

Good Location in relation to restaurants. From the time we entered the motel to check in until the time we checked out the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff always greeted us, wanted to make sure upon checking in that room was ok, and even during breakfast came and cleared our plates away. my sister in law lives in Monticello and when we visit her again we will definitely return to this motel to stay.

Breakfast was awesome, loved the oatmeal bar, and the selection of tea, room was comfy and quiet. All of the staff I had the opportunity to meet were wonderful, helpful, and delightful.

The hot tub was out of order, and that was the last thing I was told, if I had been told before paying, I might have went elsewhere. also the Wi-Fi did not work, kept telling me it was corrupt or whatever, had to use my mobile hotspot. I will be bank in January and in February for business and hope they are both fixed by then, it was November when I was there.

Very comfortable hotel room, clean, comfy bed. The hotel has a great check in process, staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

Staff in the breakfast area were awefull. No coffee, some empty spots, no knives. No help ehen asked a question, and started to vacuum in the middle of breakfast time. They seemed to be super inexperienced and were not customer oriented at all. Very annoying.

Breakfast was really great and had a nice variety. They had meat that wasn't pork and eggs that were scrambled, so I didn't have to settle for a cold boiled egg. It was about the best breakfast I've had at a hotel anywhere.

They could have served until 10 am after a late Purdue game the night before, but I think they did extend the normal hours.

The staff were exceptional! We especially loved the super friendly and helpful Jennifer Haygood from the breakfast buffet, and Kai, and Beza from reception. It was clean, there were good breakfast options, a nice pool, and it was a great location between Indianapolis and Plymouth, WI.

The room and accommodations were a little tight for 2 adults and 3 boys, but manageable.

It was a nice stay for working out of town, only concern was under impression as I turn it in for work the room was $88, but charged us $120. Called and thinking that will clear in a few days as a security deposit stay, gentleman said with taxes it should $99.00. Thank you.

Nothing bad to say, room was comfortable, cool, and clean. I was placed first floor next to ice machine so a little noisy but tolerable. Nice TVs and WiFi too.

Price was good. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly. We had to leave before hot food was out but there was some muffins/cereal/juice/milk that was available and staff member said we could grab. Will stay again.
