Room had kitchen, freezer, and fridge.

Pillows slim, windows don't open, and less cable.

The front desk staff was friendly and the staff. The room and the hotel was clean and peaceful.

Lots of space. updated appliances

They woke us up a hour before check out then proceeded 3 more times to bang on our door to ask if we were checking out before 11 after we said yes we'd be checking out at 11..... their check out time is 11a.m..... so they need to chill out till then. This happened both times we've stayed there. we felt incredibly rushed. And I was incredibly annoyed. Pretty rude.if you want to be in this business, hospitality is everything.

Convenient location

Only good for transit traveler for perhaps a night. Not good for families. Not good for single female travelers.

There was no breakfast. Didn’t care about location.

The first staff member was polite to me but proceeded to tell me he had went mental recently. Threw the phone into the next room when it rang, etc. it was a little sketchy that I was asked to pay with card for the room but cash only for the deposit. If you lost the receipt you were screwed even though they had a carbon copy. There was a lady at the counter cussing a young man sitting on the couch minding his business. There was a man checking in and he had a foreign accent. When he walked away everyone laughed at him. The gentleman the next morning didn’t even speak to me at checkout. The website was deceiving. The pictures made it look great while the actual hotel was disgusting. The lobby furniture was turned upside down. There was holes in the carpet. The staircase’s glass was so dirty. The halls stunk. The bedroom odor would knock you down. I had to spray deodorant in the air. The beds were small. The curtain was falling off the window. There were spiders everywhere including dead ones in the toilet while something swam in the water with the carcasses. The bathtub had smeared dirt. There were two towels for four people with no more available. The air conditioner sucked. There was no faucet for the sink in the kitchen. The stove did not work. And the freezer didn’t even cool down the hot pop that came out of the vending machine. The only positives were it was a quite room and it was not horribly expensive.

More things didn't work than did. I had a kitchenette, which is why I chose this hotel, the stove didn't work at all! The smell of fabulooso or Pinesol was overwhelming! Smells cheap,which should've been my 1st clue going in.

Sheets seemed clean. Price was good on a football weekend.

Strange syrup or cleaning supply smell, led light bulbs were extreme and awful, light bulb burned out over sink, broken drain plug, outlets blocked or not working, old decor. Check in credit card machine not working right.

The price and location were decent.

The AC was broke and didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. The key didn't work and I waited over an hour just to get a replacement key which they brought to me while I was getting out of the shower. I had the door locked and thankfully padlocked but they kept trying to get in even when I told them I wasn't dressed yet. The fridge didn't even keep our food cool.

Broken furniture, broken facilities, no breakfast area, entire property smelled of marijuana being smoked.
