When we reached your hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations.
It was not that I/we did not enjoy our stay and experience as much as it has to do with paying attention to small details. We did not have enough towels for our room and there was very little soup left. To go from good to great the small details should be addressed before hand.

There wasn't any breakfast at all. I was at Candlewood Suites; Merrillville Indiana I feel that there should have been some type of breakfast at an IHG facility.
The staff that was onsite when I arrived were loud, using profanity language and rude. There were customers in the lobby listening to them. The young lady named TEE was so embarrassed by their language. She kept apologizing to me. She had just arrived at work at this time.

I like the hotel it was nice and the room was so clean and fresh, the hotel it self smelled so good. I was definitely pleased with my stay. I will be a returning guest
I wish the parking lot was a little bit more smooth. but that’s it

The staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable. There were no disturbances.
The 3rd party booking rate was higher in price then what the actual hotel was charging. Unfortunately the hotel could not adjust the price to their rate. Not happy with booking.com. won't be using them anymore.

Similar to other Candlewood Suites I've been to. So the familiarity was nice.
The room had a foul smell. Like a sports bad full of sweaty clothes that needed to be washed bad. Door didn't work properly to the bathroom. Some wall inlets didn't work either.

The location was really convenient, it was close to everything. The room was nice and clean.
The only complaint I have is the TV didn't turn on, I had to unplug it and plug it back in. After that it was fine.

There was no breakfast, but we went to a nice restaurant nearby for breakfast. Also, we went to Starbucks close by for a coffee. Nice store is close by everything close by loved it.

The staff when I checked in at 3:00 a.m. was very accommodating and very friendly and knowledgeable and in the morning housekeeping knocked on the door just to make sure I didn't need anything the staff was amazing the rooms were clean beds were comfortable and it was very quiet I have one of the best night sleeps I've had in a very long time I will definitely use that hotel again
