The lady who checked us in... I believe her name was Nancy... went above ad beyond. She was so nice that everything else could have been terrible and we probably wouldn't have even noticed. But fortunately that wasn't the case. Breakfast, in particular was a rare treat. We made sure to talk to the chef after eating to let him know how much we'd enjoyed our meals... and to add a second tip to the jar. It was just that good!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was there for a long stay and they made me feel welcome. Facilities were clean and the food was tasty. I appreciated that they had laundry services.

On two occasions maintenance/housekeeping things weren’t attended too, but nothing major

Lobby felt welcoming even with construction in progress. Parking was convenient. Location felt serene since it wasn’t in major thoroughfare. Bathrooms were well designed and above grade quality.

The pillows were all the same feel and too soft. There was no desk lamp however it was easy fix by moving the floor lamp.

I would like to say the front desk representative Julian gave exceptional customer service. The bed that I slept in on my first night stay was extremely uncomfortable and Julian change my room immediately. He made sure the second room was okay and that I was happy and satisfied. Thank you Julian for your awesome customer service.

I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times of the last 10 years and the service has always been excellent. The property is older and it is starting to show wear and tear. I strongly feel the property needs to be updated and remodeled. The furniture in the lobby, bedrooms and carpet are very old. I am hopeful this property will be updated and remodeled to meet the Hilton Hotels standard for excellence.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff is Awesome the hotel is outstanding and the area near everything. The Hotel quality phenomenal.

There wasn't anything. Everything was amazing.

The bed was comfy. Breakfast smelled and looked good, I’m just sorry that I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it. It was a good location, very close to dining and shopping. Went for a wedding and both park and reception hall were less then twenty minutes away.

The bathroom floor felt a little grimy, I didn’t like the carpet, it looked old and some stains. The pull out couch was a little noisy and we didn’t find extra pillows or blankets for the pull out.

THE PROPERTY IS WEL KEPT, THE INSIDE IS MODERN, CLEAN AND YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THE SURROUNDING AREA - SAFE. STAFF WAS AMAZING, BREAKFAST IS NOMINAL, QUICK AND VERY DELICIOUS.

MATTRESS - TO SOFT, SPRINGS WERE IN MY BACK.

The rooms are only cleaned if you let them know, ok not a problem we call to let them know and it has to be done the day before. However we were unaware

The breakfast was amazing. The chef did a great job!

The pillows were not good. Way too soft. We had to use about 3 each to have any thickness to them.
