Staff is always friendly, excellent rate. The young lady (I should know her name) at the front desk knew my name, she reserved me a room for my upcoming stay for the weekend. The room is spacious and the hotel is overall peaceful and quiet. It is conveniently located and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
I didn't have towels in my room. 2 wash cloths and the one for the floor. Whoever cleaned the room and stocked I feel just left it how it was after the previous guest's stay. I say this because of having no towels, the shampoo bottle was half used. I stay here weekly and have just noticed this in the past couple of weeks..bc my last stay there were no towels or wash cloths at all.

Me and my wife love the room, enjoyed the staff and would stay again and recommend your hotel.
We stayed a week and had to go to.the deck and ask for more towels, it would be better it when they are cleaning rooms to offer and my wife said coffee was really weak. But these was not a deal breaker, really encourage time.

Like how neat the place was and that they allow me to check in early without charging me an extra fee.
The sink in the bathroom was clogged up it went down real slow and then at the bottom of the toilet was urine, which means someone didn't clean up the room as well as they should have.

The customer service from the staff was exceptional. They were very kind as well as knowledgeable with a willingness to assist me. Should I need to go back to this area again I will definitely stay at this hotel and I highly recommended it.

I'm a travel nurse and I've stayed here several times already. Great value for the price. Conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants, shopping etc right in the area. Rooms are simple but nice and clean. It has always been a quiet stay which is important to me bc I always have to be up early to work the next day.

Omg this,place is wonderful from front desk to housekepping including the houseman could not get any better they are all great the hospitality and the help that they ...I can most definitely say they all make u feel at home.... I would them 10 stars if I could.....I love this place

The room was very clean, nice refrigerator, stove, microwave. A lot of storage space.
No breakfast provided. No coffee in the room. No fresh towels,, or sheets! Dog barking constantly about 5 rooms away.
