The night check in lady was helpful and professional.

We got locked out our room before our check out time and had to go up front to get key reprogrammed then when we checked out the manager looked at clock like he was making sure it was before 11am which it was but it’s the fact that had we of not rushed due to being locked out we could have been after 11 and he was rude didn’t want to give me a receipt

The staff and maintenance were very nice, professional and courteous. The front desk sent maintenance to bring me a microwave and refrigerator because I asked. They really were lifesavers being able to accommodate me and my family by giving me a room so we can have heat after my furnace went out at home. The room was very warm and the heat was GREAT. The bath tub is huge and deep for a long relaxing bath. I would stay here every time I visit Hammond, Indiana again.

I had to check out and go home, the front desk staff was able to extend, unfortunately my vacation was over. I miss Motel 6 already.

Room temperature was easy to adjust and warmed up quickly. (It was cold and wet night) The room was clean and the lights were working. There were several layers of sheet/blanket. It was nasty slippery weather but the stairs, and walk ways were well cleared. There was salt down. We ran into several patches of defrosted snow that was icing up, but we were able to pick our way around the worst of it.

There were holes in the wall -unrepaired open raw drywall- from where a second bed had been removed. There was a waiting room style chair with a wobbly table randomly in the center of the space where the bed had been. Both showed obvious signs of excessive wear and tear. The bed was too firm for me but he slept ok. The pillows were flat and not good support. We have stayed at this property before. We missed the carpets but it's understandable that they vinyl plank is easier to care for.

Room was decent. Smelled clean and looked clean. Not 4 star but very good for the money. Sleep clean as well. A perk to me

Great staff, early check in. Cleaning people also very friendly.

Overwhelming pachouli smelling cleaner. Was clean, just took a day for smell to air out.

They accommodated every request as soon as they could with additional seating and a table in the room.

Front desk lady was amazon black with nice nails.

Bathroom has sink outside and the heat wasn't really working. and little flies also certain rooms had fridge and microwave. All should come with one.

I booked online and it said $49 per night and I was charged a motel rate that was dissatisfying

Your staff is wonderful, we stayed here last year and we loved it so we decided to come back
