clean rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning staff very polite! Nice meeting area upstairs outside of our rooms. We loved the free coffee station. Airport shuttle was on time and comfortable. The pool area was pleasant.

The front desk staff need to be trained in courtesy and professionalism. The morning desk clerk had no idea how to smile or engage with your customers. Please require good SOCIAL SKILLS when hiring these reps of your company!!!.. It matters! Breakfast was ok...it could be of better quality ingredients and more fresh..... too many over-processed options. Travel outside of the U.S if you need ideas on how to serve a fresh breakfast. We are about the only ones who serve "food" wrapped in plastic!

Entry was spacious. Business center accessible but not real public. Plenty of seating for breakfast. Great breakfast.

1. The room carpet was dirty. My spouse showered first so of course, there was some drips still in the tub, and when I stepped in, found my steps were absolutely black. The shower curtain only went about 2 inches into the inside of the tub because the bar was so high. 2. The bar to hang clothes in the closet was so high, my 5'9" husband had to strain to hang up clothes.

The general manager was at the desk when I checked in. She allowed me to check in early, and I appreciated it so much. I was exhausted from lack of sleep, so it meant so much to be able to check in. I had a very large, nice room. Some of the decor was a little dated, but the hotel was very clean, so it didn't matter. The room was quiet. The breakfast was good.

Some of the decor was a little dated (bedskirts, couches in common areas) but not a big deal.

The reception staff was outstanding! They took our freezer packs and put them in a freezer for us as the refrigerator in our room had no freezer compartment. The next morning they took me upstairs to the freezer to be sure that I got back the freezer packs that I had left with them for the night. For dinner, they recommended a restaurant nearby that was fantastic. The breakfast they served was superb: real scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy -- all excellent.

Nothing. We liked everything.

Workout room only had a treadmill and elliptical machine, No weights, no bike as shown in some photos. Fridge didn't have a freezer. Would have liked a second chair. One of the beds had rough "scratchy" sheets.

Good value for money. The room was large, the bed was massive and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, sofa and coffee table. The hotel was spacious. It was clean All you could want really. The free breakfast was adequate.

The gym was tiny a closet with just 2 cardio machines The pool was cool. Not comfortable to swim in and was heavy on chlorine. You could smell it throughout the hotel. The pillows are silly small. But they did give my 3 extra normal pillows when asked. The bathroom was a little shabby. But this was a budget hotel so these things aren't unexpected. The ice machine on floor 3 needs a clean. One annoying thing was the closet light was on a sensor and permanently on which may of been ok but the doors were bad fitting Louvre doors

Reasonably priced and nicer than expected, not too far from the Indianapolis Airport. Bonus: there was a mile and a half walking path within walking distance, and the gas station across the street had one of the lowest prices in town for re-filling the rental car. Very spacious hallways with seating areas, pool and hot tub were clean, and breakfast was fine. Staff was very friendly.

Not too many dining choices nearby.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I feel it could have been - there was hair in the sink and the faucet/spigot had grimy “stuff” on it. Also, the shower curtain doesn’t fall into the tub at all (it’s too short), so having it closed doesn’t keep water from spraying out and collecting on the marble floor - makes it very slippery!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk lady was very kind. The rate was very convenient. And it was close enough to the Airport.

The personnel at the front desk were very kind and helpful, but the driver of the Hotel van was very rude. He threw my back uncarefully and returned the tip I gave him because it was not enough for him.

I loved the spacious king room.I loved how quite it was in my room clean house keeping was extremely nice. The staff was so sweet .The hot tub and pool were clean and my whole five day stay was worth it .I'd recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast wasn't all that good.
