Location of hotel was good and easily accessible to main roads and side roads. Staff was courteous and polite. Very clean and easy to navigate. Our king suite was huge and plenty of space to stretch out. Bed was okay, not the best nor the worst I’ve slept on. Didn’t eat the breakfast due to premade plans, but from what I was able to see, it did look appetizing.

The only thing I didn’t like was there isn’t additional entrances that we could access via a keycard. So while many guests had their tailgate BBQs in the parking lot closer to the entrance, the other guests had to park in the back parking and walk around through the tailgate parties to get inside. Still not a full issue with us, but is my only complaint if I had to have one.

It was easy to check in and out. We got there late and they were very helpful. Breakfast smelled wonderful but we did not partake because there were so many people in the tiny dining area. There were so many pillows we didn't use them all, but they were so fluffy and comfortable.

We like to have noise when we sleep so turned the fan on on our AC and it kept shutting off making it eerily quiet and uncomfortable. It looked like the picture frames and bedside lamps were old and either not getting cleaned very well or rusting with age.

Breakfast was amazing. Orlando was right on top of things. He kept things stocked and CLEAN. At 9:00 You would see him scrubbing and cleaning. The front desk staff were great too. They were very accommodating when we needed a pet friendly room. They found us one quickly. The motel itself smelled clean. A place we will stay again.....

I guess on Booking.com it says to call the motel to set up for a pet friendly room. I did not see that but your staff took care of us like champs.

We try to stay at LA Quinta wherever we go! But This one in particular because it's by the airport. So whenever we travel back-and-forth from anywhere, we stay at this. really nice staff accommodating, comfortable, good breakfast.

The pool hours closes a little to early 🤗 drinks and snacks are a bit to expensive.

This La Quinta was actually nicer than the Marriott we stayed in for the previous leg of our trip. No complaints. Great staff, clean rooms, up to date rooms, swimming pool indoors, and working, we left too early for breakfast. However, that was included in our stay. Price was not very expensive. Very good, very good.

Staff was wonderful! Spacious room and bathroom, very clean, really great shower. Terrific value for the price and convenient to lots of restaurants. We were so happy to find this place easily and book the room quickly after our flight was canceled. It was a welcome, happy ending to a fairly stressful day.

The grounds outside of the hotel was well maintained and clean and in the common areas of the hotel was very clean. The room was very clean and pillows were comfortable. The bed line looked new. During the night, it was very quiet. The staff was cheerful and professional. I stayed in several other hotels in this area, but in the future, I will reserve this hotel again.

Everyone at the front desk was the best ever. Some even better then others. Thank you for everything.

This time the room didn’t have everything that supposed to have come in the room… very shocked but nothing I didn’t go downstairs and ask for and got it. Always got taken care of.

The price was reasonable the hotel was nice and clean the rooms are very comfortable the breakfast is awesome the staff is ok over all it's a great hotel great location when I'm in Plainfield Indiana I will definitely stay again.

They DNT offer AARP nor any other discounts some workers @ the desk speak broken English so that makes it hard to understand what they are saying

The property was very clean, in a very nice neighborhood. everything just seemed up to date as far as decor.

The pool could of been a little more clearer, was cloudy. Super cold but the heat was on and up very high in the room so it helped when you got out of the pool.
