The staff member who checked us in was exceptionally nice. Very helpful and had good manners.

The cleaning staff kept knocking on our doors and WITHOUT permission, opening our doors. Even done it a few times while we were asleep, and it woke us up, and our kids had their own room, conjoined with ours, so it made us feel a little weirded out. Maybe someone should tell them to just knock and wait for an answer instead of just opening the door their selves. Seems like an invasion of privacy and scary for my kids.

The location was great. The breakfast was pretty good, lots of options. Seems to have been updated recently, too. The two staff members that I had contact with were very nice.

The room was small for the amount of furniture in it. The refrigerator was not clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. There are only 3 pillows on the beds instead of 4. The pool closed at 10 pm. I prefer if the kids are out at 10 pm, then adults at least 1 hr.

Loved that the bathroom had big bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall, shower head was really nice. Breakfast was goid included cereal,yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, a cool pancake maker and a toaster for bread or bangles. With a fountain drink machine on the side. Room was really nice.

The main door to the room doesn't have a tight seal so if people were louder in the hallway we could hear them. Luckily everyone quitted down by 10

Location, spacious clean room, extra helpful personnel and the owner. Doing good job! Renovated facility and we are know what we are talking about past and present. Good gym till 10pm. Possibility to charge Electro-cars. Basic ok breakfast. Cracker Barrel - 1 minute walk!

A little bit noisy from i-75 with open window. Pet friendly but there is a daily fee. Coffee machine doing something dark... Milk doesn't help either. May be beans etc but no no no. Kind of worst coffee in our life (except in café in Mammoth Cave - never forget!). Safe would be good option.

Friendly service at the desk no matter what time of day or night it was. My flight was a late arrival, and our days were so early and long that we saw the FD agent mostly late at night and early in the morning, but they always had a smile.

Longer pool hours would have been cool so we could have enjoyed it, but everything was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Nice, clean hotel. I would stay here again.

Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs were very mushy and sausage patties were very hard. I had coffee and toast both mornings. I went in jacuzzi in pool area. Was nice to de-stress, but the chlorine was overwhelming. Eyes were stinging after only a few minutes.

My room was clean and in good repair. There were plenty of options for Breakfast. The Desk staff and breakfast staff for pleasant and professional.

The rates at the end of the week were more expensive than what I considered earlier in the week. Not sure why the big difference from the 19th to the 23rd, but was told there was a music festival happening over the week end. My group was comfortable.

The hotel appeared remodeled. Loved how the breakfast area was separate from the main hotel entrance and lobby area. Loved how there were bathrooms near the pool area. Evening, Overnight, and Morning staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

All good things. I read a few bad reviews prior to my stay. To those negative reviews, I'd answer that this hotel is not a 5 star ritz. If you want a $250-$500 hotel experience, stay elsewhere. This hotel was clean, courteous, well laid out, and will continue to be successful in the area. A+ in my book.

The facility is very nice and staff is friendly

The floors in our room was very dirty. We spilled water and cleaned it up which showed us how dirty the floors were. The doors do not seal completely allowing for outside noise to come in

the girl that checked us is was so friendly!!!!

Had trouble with key entry when we got there and two days later. it was a little frustrating when we had are arms full and had to go back down stairs. the girl came up and was so helpful the guy not so much. breakfast needs a upgrade. Maybe even change things up a little. Stayed 3 days. Sausage was gross and eggs where watery.
