From the Personal to the room… everything was really good… Room was perfect and clean everything on place and working conditions, the breakfast time is really good everything is fresh, the staff is very nice and kind, from Operation Supervisor Antwone Green and Manager William Buford to all the Houskeeping Staff … we are very pleased and thankfull.

The parking lot should be include with the room specialy when you stay more then 2 days … we had to pay $28 dls for each day that we estay there that means 5 nights … mean like if you stay more then 2 day should be free parking other then that everything is perfect

Breakfast was good but could've used COLD yogurt. The yogurt was warm the day I decided to try it...no ice...plus no plain yogurt option but there were plenty of other options to choose from. The eggs were nice. The fruit was ripe and fresh!

About the only thing I really had a problem with was when they decided to deep clean our room. Meaning shampooing the carpet and drapes. I am extremely allergic to most products. Fortunately they notified us but they cleaned the rest of the floor. I was on my inhaler for that day and the following day.

I really liked this property. Probably one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was nice and attentive. Very informative if we asked questions. The property had areas for groups to meet up and not be in their rooms wondering if they are keeping their next-door neighbors up. They had a pool table in the lobby. The beds and rooms were really nice and the little kitchen area was just perfect. Close to Whiskey Row and close to highway access so we didn't have to drive much in the city.

We were only there a few days and the swimming area and exercise area had no towels. I had to keep asking for them and the workout area had nothing to wipe down the machines with.

Loved having a suite with a kitchen. We arrived late and were able to make dinner in our room with food that we were traveling with.

Parking was in a ramp down the street. The entrance we first found was blocked so we went back to the hotel and were told we had to go around the block for the entrance. Why we weren’t told that at first, I don’t know! The QR code we were given to enter the structure did not work. An attendant was there who let us in. When we walked a block back to the hotel, we were given a new access code so we could leave the structure the next day without paying, since we were already charged $28 by the hotel to park for one night. All in all, it added over 30 minutes to our getting settled for the night. Might not seem like a lot but we are over 65 years old, it was after 8 PM, raining and we were in an unfamiliar city.

The staff was very friendly. I stayed for the State Fair, so 12 nights in total! Convenient to walk downtown for restaurants. The rooms look brand new, spacious, and the kitchenette is very well stocked.

The only downsides: They do not have their own parking lot. I thought on site parking would mean that they have their own lot and that it was included with the stay. Parking is in the lot next door belonging to the city (limited spots available) or in a parking garage next door. The cost was $24 a day, so for my 12 day stay… it added up. Building demolition across the street was loud in the mornings, only woke me up 3/12 mornings though and is a temporary flaw.

The staff was personal and professional. The property was very clean and well cared for.

We booked this hotel because the site stated that it was handicap accessible. We mistakenly thought this meant that my husband could use the bathroom facilities while on his walker. Well that was not the case. He could not get the walker into the bathroom and while using those facilities he had to leave the door open and the walker blocking the doorway.

Walking distance to main street, just one block over. The beds were comfortable, slept soundly. Kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Nice size refrigerator with freezer (ice maker too) Breakfast was great, waffles of course, eggs, meat, cereal, fresh fruit, and pastries. LOTS of seating room! Could get a game or two in of billiards just off the lobby. Parking at $24 a night, and plenty of spaces available. Elevators were never too busy. Room refreshing is as needed, quick to supply us with towels and toiletries upon request. Enjoyed our stay, felt safe!!!

some of the towels and wash cloths should have been converted to cleaning cloths. Lots of lobby bathroom activity by bus drivers in the mornings. Because if you are sitting in the lobby before 7 am (when they unlock the front doors) the bus drivers are knocking and asking you to open the doors for them.

The rooms and overall grounds were nicer than in the photos and the rooms were super spacious.

They had to close the pool because there was a large group prior and they needed to shock it. Unfortunately we booked specifically for the amenity of the pool so it was very disappointing. The staff made it up to us and I think in the future they will let guests know ahead of time if that happens. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great position. The Car Park is just up the street. Our room was comfortable with great facilities, a very nice room! Everything you would come to Louisville for is within a very short walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Charge for early check-in. We were on a road trip and arrived a few hours early, the room was already cleaned and the charge seemed a little petty.

We only stayed one night, so it was perfect for what we were looking for on this trip. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean with large windows to bring in lots of light.

I would have given the hotel a 10, except I had to bring it down a notch due to the breakfast selection. Would have been nice to have some breakfast sausages or bacon. Chicken and gravy with biscuits was offered and although this is popular in the south, many people commented that another meat selection should have been offered.
