It would be easier to say what we didn't like....nothing! Our room was extremely comfortable having been recently renovated in the past year, there were numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our interaction one evening with Alex the manager. What an outstanding young man who on his own time after his day had ended chatted with us about all that South Bend had to offer. Amazing.

The hot breakfast was adequate, typical hotel fare. Although one morning they had omelets which were quite tasty.

Didn’t eat breakfast wasn’t included with the room.

The fire alarm was going off at 4:30am during my stay. The significant other i was traveling with has anxiety and the alarm disturbed her sleep.

the breakfast mornings were very good especially the hostees she was like a busy bee an friendly.She had a spanish accent.the staff @ the front dfsk were helpful too. thank-you for the laundry room as well.Very grateful,

the beds an pillows were terrible.

Totally renovated and great breakfast choices, beds were soft and facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Wish that the property still had a pool and there was some missing item ie. Alarm clock because it hadn’t arrived yet. Also the heating was kind of difficult to control it was either super cold or super hot.

The receptionist, Dorothy, was OUTSTANDING! Friendly & very engaging. The design of the room we had we loved. The eating area at the property was outstanding! As was the selection of the breakfast buffet.

It is very clean and per friendly. Super approved. It is verh comfortable

The customer service was perfect! I want to personally thank Toya!! She was great and deserves a huge raise !!

The motel was convenient. Really nice place. King room was great. Bed comfy. The room had a little kitchen in it. Everything clean. Pool and hot tub looked nice even tho we didn’t use it. The gal who checked us in was very helpful. I think her name was Britany. She recommended places to eat and also got us extra pillows. Breakfast was pancakes, waffles and sausage. Along with all the other normal breakfast stuff. We would definitely stay there again if we were traveling through that area.

I wished that would replace the sign. It looked old and had been hit with a car. They told me that they were doing renovations in the fall and were going to replace the sign.
