Great location. Quiet and comfortable for the night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Love the outdoor patio space to sit out with our coffee in the morning. The character of the building and the beautiful landscaping is quite charming. Felt more cozy and intimate than your conventional hotel.

It would be nice to have a couple lounge chairs in the hotel room. There was just an office chair which was useful, but there seemed to be plenty of room to create a sitting area, too. The breakfast was great…tho it’d be nice to have more vegetarian/vegan options. Like a vegan burrito or fresh cut fruit bowls.

Ivy Court Inn is ideal if you want to visit the University of Notre Dame. The campus is just across the street and you can thus easily access ND facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nicely sized bathroom, a coffeemaker and a fridge. The receptionists are very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was nice as well, with cereal, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, and other choices.

For Europeans, it is important to note that you need a car to get anywhere other than the University of Notre Dame. There are no attractive dining options within a reasonable walking distance other than ND restaurants.

The chocolate chip cookies. The black out curtains in room 309. Should have these installed in all rooms facing the courtyard. Very intimate and personal.

We had room 205 for out first stay and the court yard lights kept me awake all night. I highly suggest black out curtains for the rooms facing the court yard.

Location was good. Right at the southeast corner of Notre Dame. We were able to walk across the street to campus. Ivy Court gave us a campus map which enabled us to check out the notable features of university. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The attendant even made me some fresh scrambled eggs. I don't drink coffee, so I appreciate it when they have a nice selections of teas. Bed and pillows were comfy and the towels were nice and plush and there were enough of them.

The temperature was a little wonky in our room overnight, but it might have been we weren't setting the controls correctly.

The location was excellent. we were close to many places to eat and right down the street was a Trader Joe’s. The property was updating their breakfast area and they shifted it to the lower level. It was really wonderful with two hot dishes as well as a waffle bar.

The bathroom needed updating.

The breakfast buffet offered many items but the hot food was homemade and exceptionally good! Had a nice two night stay. The inn location just off the Notre Dame campus is great and travel into South Bend and Mishawaka is easy from there. My room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay there again.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Good breakfast on offer with plenty of choice. Very pleasant staff - Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping. Good sized bedroom with microwave, fridge and sink. Comfortable beds. Great location for visiting the University of Notre Dame. Within walking distance of Eddie Street where there are many dining options - particularly O'Rourkes Irish pub with great food, drink and atmosphere.

The location was fantastic. This will be my go-to place when visiting South Bend. Great staff. And good breakfast.

The room we were in (208) was above a busy road. It was somewhat noisy at night. My prior stay was on the "odd" side of the hotel and was so much quieter.

Everything besides breakfast but it wasn't worse than other places. We are just picky - good healthy food matter to us! The staff was helpful and nice. My favorite place to stay in South Bend!

The TV was zoomed in and could not be fixed. The Champions league final was on that weekend! Likely we had another TV. Breakfast could be improved.

We stayed at Ivy Court during the week when ND was on fall break. The location was wonderful - would be the best if you are attendiing a sporting event. Very near stadiums. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good. We would definitely stay here again.
