The property was clean and conveniently located.

The breakfast was not as extensive as in other Embassy Suites where we have satiated. The omlettes looked prepackaged, the fruit was in covered cups with only 3-4 pieces of melon and there were only two types of melons from which to choose. The juice machine was broken, but they did have two pitchers of orange juice. The staff could not tell me if the potatoes were gluten free. Also the bed was harder than expected.

The breakfast was nice. I would have just preferred an option to have a tray. We traveled with small children and not comfortable eating near other people. We had them eat in the room. I really appreciated the non-dairy chocolate milk. I was searching for the non-dairy white milk.

The small inconvenience we had was that our card would not work to enter into the garage the first time.

The staff were extremely helpful and I enjoyed my stay .

I asked for my room to be cleaned but it wasn’t done and not enough choices for vegans for breakfast or dinner

The Location is spectacular it is around many restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful so many wide open spaces to sit and have coffee or a drink. The breakfast is outstanding eggs potatoes bacon sausage, along with toast peanut butter, pastries and coffee with various creams hot tea… truly spectacular. Oh and did I mention how unbelievably QUIET it is! Luggage carts galore and the parking garage could not be more well located and the hotel is incredibly secure having to use your key to even access the elevator! I cannot say enough nice things about this beautiful hotel! The rooms are immaculately clean coffee and cream in the room and a great desk area… Five pillows in the king bed. I’ll most definitely return!!!

We were visiting our son at the University of Notre Dame. The location could not be more convenient to the campus! The decor was nice and up to date, breakfast was great, staff was friendly.

There is not a covered walkway to get from the parking garage into the hotel. With that being said, it is only about 30 feet out in the elements, so certainly doable!

Although I stayed for just a quick sleep here, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was thoroughly cleaned, incredibly quiet, cold and dark. Perfect for a good nights sleep. I ate a quick hot breakfast in the morning which was delicious. Every staff member I encountered was so kind as well. I had the best stay!

the suite was spacious and clean. We loved the reception in the each evening. The cook to order breakfast was delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay ❤️

The parking garage is in a separate building.

Beautiful setting, convenient to college. Very helpful staff, the cocktail hour in the evening was so enjoyable . Food really nice

clean , quite and staff are most likely friendly morning breakfast is excellent plus the complimentary cocktail with fresh fruits and snacks in the afternoon to wind down is impressive

parking lot is difficult to dealt with

It is a beautiful addition to South Bend. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It offers options that weren't available before. The location is perfect.
