The building was beautiful and the library was phenomenal. Very spacious and clean.

The staff was sparse and I had a question regarding my expedia reservation. I had tried multiple times the week prior to arriving to advise that I would only need 1 night but never received a response. When I arrived and asked about all of the messages, only one staff member was able to work the system and he arrived at the same time we were scheduled to leave. Fortunately, I was able to meet with him as we were leaving. He had to log into another system which apparently was not logged into frequently to find my emails. He managed to modify the reservation so I was only charge for one night, but it was a lot of work.

Not only was it in a great area but was priced well. Close to many food choices and a beautiful view during the day and at night. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Love that the room has an option for you to log into Netflix on the TV.

Wish the rooms had microwaves so we could warm food up later. The Elevator to our right wouldn't go to the 7th floor but they fixed that the first day.

Very Clean and Close to Restaurants, Shopping and Extreme Arena

Quoted a price of $695.00 for 5 nights by Booking.Com. When we got to hotel the cost was $950.00. You are charged for Parking as well not mentioned in description. Breakfast is not included and the Edgewater Restaurant prices are a little high which caused us to walk to nearby Perkins to get breakfast.

I loved the location of the hotel to the walking/biking trail, restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have the bar option at night and the coffee in the morning. The library is a nice touch if looking for a quiet space.

Fitness area is very small. On a more personal note, I also would have liked the Starbucks coffee bar to have the same basic items as the actual Starbucks. In my case, the same chai as you get at Starbucks. I never purchased my chai at the hotel and instead ventured out to find an actual Starbucks store. That was inconvenient and a loss of money for the hotel. Tazo chai in the box is not the same as the chai at the brick and mortar stores.

Very clean hotel with nice views and outdoor space. Staff was very professional and handled things quickly despite being very busy when we arrived and throughout our entire stay. This hotel is also located near some gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and department stores. So, if you find yourself in need of something chances are it is not too far.

Location was fantastic and the walking paths behind the hotel are AMAZING! Super nice staff and facilities were modern and clean. Also loves that it’s in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more. Will be back!

We stayed a total of six nights and housekeeping never came once so we had to keep taking our own trash and asking for clean towels. Not that big of a deal, but would have liked more clarification on when/how to get housekeeping. Also, would have been nice to have had a microwave in our room.

very nice atmosphere and appointments.

My room did not have hot water till about 15 minutes after running. was offered to be moved. but at 1am was too tired. maintenance person explained what was happening. this room should not have been given to a customer. next day I was prepared to wait for my hot water but it never did arrive. a Luke warm bath 😑

The exercise facility was a major improvement from 5 years ago (more and better equipment). The rooms have also been upgraded in the last 5 years.

The k-cup coffee maker didn't work. I didn't like having to pay for parking.

Location was perfect, near shopping and restaurants and right off I-80. We also enjoyed the walking path and scenic nature areas right behind the hotel. We also fished in the pond and caught carp with corn. We got an updated room, and it was wonderful.

I really like a swimming pool. There is sold instead of chore in the water. I like the outside environment. Beautiful area for morning and evening walking. A table wit fire is great to spend some time on a conversation with a friend. I had a great experience there. Thank you very much.
