Clean, modern, quiet hotel in a good location. Staff was very friendly and patient

That our pre-paid reserved room reservation was not anywhere in the system. It took a half hour or so for us to finally check in. Was very disappointed in management not being there and not being offered a discount or something for the trouble. Was told when we were checking out that we should have called them directly to get a hospital discount. Why not offer us the discount for the booking error?

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, a/c worked well, shower drain worked, shampoo provided, conditioner provided, body gel provided, pool area was nice, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was excellent, options for tv wonderful, refrigerator clean and operational, microwave worked, welcome message on tv nice touch, and cookies.

The toilet worked but made a loud whistling sound, sauna/hot tub was not working, usb charging not available.

Modern & updated door locking rooms & plenty of tech ports for recharging! Quality toiletries loaded in room via wall dispensers & hair dryer. Coffee maker in room but available by check in counter 24/7. Excellent hot & cold breakfast items. Clean & sweet lady attendant.

for 2 adults 4 pillows were provided. All were feather so not ideal for neck support. Would be great if 2 of the 4 were other appropriate fills. If a traveler needs options, ask when checking in.

My wife and I usually stay in this hotel when visiting our relatives in Iowa City. The bedrooms and bathrooms meet our expectations, staff are friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect for us.

Breakfast is average, the coffee is bad (we stayed a few days before in a Hampton Inn Hotel in Laval - Montreal where the dark roast coffee was quite good -why not in Iowa City?). we dont like plastic disposable tableware.

The staff was very friendly - even made my daughter a little to go bag of apple and bagel knowing we were leaving early and couldn't take full advantage of the buffet breakfast. Room was nice and clean. I worked in main area in the evening and it was warm and comfortable.

One of the beds was squeaky. It was difficult to find the hand soap where they placed it. Would be great to have a coffee at all times, perhaps a coffee maker in the main area similar to the rooms for guests up late in the main area.

Super friendly staff, very clean. Huge spacious room that was very nice. Comfy bed, blanket and pillows. Very high end, especially for the very low cost. Tons of amenities. Breakfast was good and pretty excellent coffee especially for hotel coffee. The TV was huge and good quality. Towels were nice and soft.

The only complaints I have is that there aren't vending machines, but you can buy food, drinks, and personal hygiene products at the front desk and they're very expensive. Also, the juices for breakfast were really watered down and tasted more like water than juice.

Unaware of $9/day parking, was notified no extra charge for my request (pet friendly room 1st floor)-but then charged $75/night for dogs and manager was not apologetic about not honoring that

Everything was great and clean

The house less village on the side of the building. I get it and no one bothered me while out there smoking. it was just not a pleasant view.

The shuttle bus very helpful thank you for recliner was very helpful Great food very pleasant person

Need different mattress very uncomfortable

The room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Check-in/Check-out went very smoothly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

This isn't your fault, but my GPS had difficulty locating the hotel. I'm not really sure why.
