Fairfield Inn Manhattan, Kansas

Great location! It was clean and comfortable. The staff at the desk to check in was very helpful helping me locate my rewards number and when we checked our room the air conditioner wasn’t working properly so they changed our room without any problem at all. Breakfast had many choices.

The air conditioner worked but was noisy when it kicked on and off. I find that is the norm with those wall units.

We did not expect to include our daughter's dog for the stay and it was an easy add on and it went smoothly. No problem. Appreciate the last minute accommodation.

Although breakfast was free it was not what I expected. I was expecting scrambled egg and sausage or bacon. Instead I was greeted by a hot pan of individually wrapped burrito, individually wrapped waffle and that was just not what I was expecting and it was a sure turn off.

Fairfield Inn Manhattan was a clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Staff members wore masks at all times and most customers wore masks in the common areas. The hotel was pet friendly and charged a reasonable pet fee. Since we were traveling with our 2 dogs, they booked us in a hotel room on the First Floor close to the Exit door. The hotel offers a breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. The breakfast is served by a staff member due to Covid. The hotel offers free and safe parking. It is located about 5-10 minutes from K State and Aggieville.

Facilities were nice and clean. However they gave away the room and “upgraded” us to a king . However we needed two beds so this was not preferable. We had said we would arrive late and there was a blizzard. They should have called to verify we were coming before giving it away. Then the man at the desk argued with me about it. Overall not great customer service but good facilities.

Breakfast was great even though there was no juice available...great choices..oatmeal was really good...room very comfortable and getting an accessible room was very helpful.

The tv was not as good as usual...several of the channels i was planning to watch wouldn't work.

Breakfast was great! I especially liked the variety of toppings available to put on yogurt/ oatmeal which I often don't see for breakfast options at other hotels

The room size was a little smaller than another hotel I recently stayed in at a lesser price but it met my needs just fine.

the lobby, pool area. and how close you park your car to the back door is awesome.

the pool, when turn on hot tub. chlorine and other chemicals are exposed heavily. makes you cough and rest the people in pool cough.

The bed was not very comfortable. It needs replace. It had a dip in it.

Absolutely clean, including between the mattress and box spring. Hands down one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in.

Very clean. Common but good hotel breakfast. Great shower. Quiet and secure. Friendly enough staff (the breakfast lady was great).

It was a little hard to find at first. However, once you figure out the roads, the location is very convenient.
