Quality Inn & Suites Manhattan

Very nice comfortable room. Bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were the most comfortable pillows I have ever had to use at a motel. The bathroom was a nice size room. Lots of space. The shower had a seat and rails. The room itself was very very clean. Disappointed the pool area was not open, it looked like it was being remodeled. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have given the motel a 10 rating expect for the fact hallways were extremely hot.

Hallways were very hot. Didn’t seem like there was any air conditioning. Pool was closed. Didn’t state that on the web site when booking room.

Staff was absolutely awesome. Helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and had all the basic amenities such as microwave, fridge, and even a jacuzzi tub. The free breakfast was a nice addition which lots of hotels no longer offer. It was basic but doable and appreciated.

Lighting was a little dim for my taste, but I like a ton of light. It was certainly satisfactory and probably fine for most people's preference. Also no exhaust in the bathroom and workout facility was not operational.

Beds are very comfy.

They are still only serving breakfast in the brown paper bag. We went down to the front desk at 9:10 and they quit handing bags out at 9:00. Thought maybe they would have breakfast past 9:00 on a Saturday.We have stayed at several other hotels in the area in the past month and have had hot breakfasts served so don't know why they are still serving only brown bags at this location.

They did everything to work with me on trying to cancel my rooms a week ahead of time but booking.com was still going to charge me so they treat my family wonderful when they checked in

So great! Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. Nice staff. Good looking remodel on 3rd floor.

Wish the ice machine worked on the third floor.

when I got there said internet and tv down will be down for 2 hours. I had kids so that didn’t go well. light by room sink in sleeping area didn’t work

Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Soiled spots in carpet.,bathroom water in bathroom not in working order.

location was perfect to see all of downtown.

Window shades to block the light from outside, was very bright at night.

Decent rooms. Had refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Ice machine worked. They had a brown bag breakfast and coffee all day.

The pool was closed.
