Location. Breakfast was also good. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. Shower had great pressure and was hot.

In the bathroom the grab bars to get in the shower were loose and barely attached to the wall, which is a huge hazard. The toilet stool was extremely low to the floor and the toilet seat was loose. No coffee, cookies, and/or ice water available in the lobby for guests arriving.

The staff was very pleasant and personable! The room was clean and comfortable. We had food delivered and didn't get any cutlery and the staff got me some even though it was late and the dining room was closed. They were very busy dealing with a bunch of dance groups but still greeted with a smile.

The rate was very high for the quality of the hotel. Honestly, we stay in a lot of hotels because of travel and dance competitions and the hotel was more of a $79 quality instead of the $150 we paid.

we got there and weren’t expecting it but the room we ended up with had a jacuzzi in it! Considering it was our anniversary weekend and we hadn’t said anything to anyone or specifically requested a room with one it it- it was a NICE surprise! And a welcomed one!

the driving entrance to the hotel is atrocious-so many potholes you don't Need speedbumps-we were on the first floor-I could hear every footstep upstairs above us and also the people talking when I laid in bed

The front desk staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Lots of food options for breakfast. We didn't use pool or fitness center but appeared kept clean. Our room was very clean looking. Room passed my through bug check. Lots outlets. Plenty of pillows on bed. Bed was on firmer side which my husband slept great.

There was a used (the stiff kind) dirty towel shoved down behind mattress. The exhaust vent cover in bathroom was broken. The drain to tub was all corroded away.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Good location. pool was good.

The bathroom door would not stay shut when you closed the door and the elevator quit working and we had to carry all our belongings down the stairs.

The breakfast included and had lots of choices each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful in any we needed!

one of the mattresses in our room was older and squeeked, the other new and more comfortable, and the hide away had real problems.

Was a clean, modern facility with fairly large rooms and friendly staff. The bed and pillow was comfortable and room clean and quiet and in a good location. Was a good location and w ould stay here again.

A/C was a little noisy.
