Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburg, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was delicious. We LOVE the pancake machine, not only is it novel but the pancakes are SO good. What impressed us the most was the conduct of the staff during the incident with the "fire". The alarms went off appropriately and the execution of the protocols with regard to our safely were well written and executed by the staff. We know that other guests were angry about their sleep being interrupted but we both have worked in the safety and disaster fields, and we know how important the evacuation and the accountability for each guest is in these situations. Well done, Pittsburg staff!!

We somehow missed the information that housekeeping didn't come daily, so we were short on coffee pods, washcloths/towels; coffee cups in the room, and creamer. I get maybe not cleaning, but rooms need to be restocked daily. I got what I needed from going to the front desk. She offered to have items brought up but I chose to wait and save her the trip as she was working alone. Most staff did not wear masks correctly (wore under nose or chin)

Great location, easy to find. Very nice facility on the inside, staff was wonderful, room was very nice, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection and was warm and fresh.

Could use more parking. Room cleanliness could use just a little extra, something had been spilled behind the chair and missed, corners of bathroom floor little yucky. But bedding and the rest of the room felt clean and inviting.

The double king room was an excellent size for families and had a tub as advertised

The plug in the tub didn’t close efficiently to prevent water draining. The toilet had an issue flushing completely. It was maybe a low flow toilet and slow filling tub

It was so well maintained, the room was so clean and in pristine condition. I believe Tara was the young lady that was taking care of our room and she was so nice when we spoke to her. The front desk was awesome and the whole property was very well maintained and clean.

The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked, the only negative was the omelette with cheese, it tasted like it came out of a plastic bag and warmed in the microwave.

Breakfast was very good. The help in the breakfast area was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Great room and great personnel!

I have no complaints. One item was not working properly and it was the refrigerator. It was leaking from the ice box section. I placed a hand towel there and it worked fine. You may want to check on it to see if it needs repaired.

The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was delicious both days. The facility was well taken care of.

Our bathroom had a urine smell. Other than that it was great. The room was cared for daily by the staff.

The staff at this hotel is the nicest staff I've encountered at a hotel. They were very welcoming and every person I encountered asked how my stay was and if they could make it better. I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times now and it's always very clean. The room size is perfect and very comfortable. They have a great breakfast too!

There isn't anything I disliked.

Always clean, room is always stocked and fresh, I always enjoy my stay.

There is never any close parking. There's a big lot beside but you got to be lucky to catch a parking spot by the hotel doors.

Ive stayed here several times when I come to Pitts. Its always nice, clean, and comfy!!

I didnt like all the construction workers chillin in the lobby checkin out my 17 year old daughter while we swam in pool and hot tub. But i realize that was not at all the facilities fault!
